The massage was good but after paying by credit card there, they sent me several reminders saying I hadn't paid, which was not true. I called and nobody answered, sent an email nobody answered, messaged via WhatsApp nobody answered... in the end they admitted their mistake. Why put contact channels if nobody looks at them.

Personale qualificato, gentile e attento alle richieste dei clienti. Scoperto tramite parenti che vivono a Basilea e mi è stato consigliato. Vivo in Italia quindi sicuramente tappa fissa quando ritorno!

Very professional and expert staff. In my case Ramon, just by simple touch could feel exactly the points which caused me a lot of pain in my neck. Within few sessions, you feel already a different person. I can totally recommend Muscularia, as you also recover and get treated from pains.
