Swissôtel Kursaal Berne

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! We are a family of six and booked two rooms. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back on our next trip! We chose the hotel for it's air-conditioning and it's location which were both excellent for our purposes. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. We were surprised about the window which looked into a very small courtyard. No window would have given the same experience. A mirror for dressing would have been nice to have.

L’hôtel est bien situé, accueil excellent. La petite tache de notre séjour concerne le nettoyage. Poussière sur le mur et lampe de chevet. La porte de la SDB ne se fermait pas correctement (à partir de la chambre on pouvait voir la personne qui utilise les toilettes). Globalement c’était bien..

There is something truly special about this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to recommend something The rooms are spotless and well-kept. It’s also the only hotel in the past three months that has provided three towels per person, plus an extra one just for the feet after a shower. Most importantly, the room temperature upon arrival is perfect. Whoever came up with the idea to switch on the AC in advance (or even during check-in) is nothing short of a genius ❤️ The only downside: due to the placement of the AC system, the parking area gets extremely hot and almost unbearable.

What a great hotel with the best staff! The location is amazing, the rooms are big, they have a mini fridge in the room and an amazing rooftop bar. The air condition could be better, but they brought us a fan that helped a bunch. They have 2-3 bars, restaurants and are a quick walk to the city center. There is construction on the tram stop in front, but we walked a block and caught the bus to the train station. |We thought we booked 3 nights and got back from a day of sight seeing and they told us we only booked 2 nights. They were amazing and rebooked us for another night in the same rooms. They never missed a beat and smiled the whole time. Staff make this hotel!!! |We would definitely stay here again if we ever travel to Bern again! Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

Siamo arrivati senza prenotazione. Tutte le nostre richieste sono state esaudite. Grazie alla signora dell’accettazione. Bravissima gentile e molto paziente anche con clienti impegnativi al check in molto affollato. Lei da sola ha gestito tutte le situazioni alla perfezione.

J'ai fais 3 séjours dans cet hôtel.||2 fois avec la vue sur la ville.|La 2 ème fois c'était lors du traditionnel marché aux oignons et nous avons pris une chambre sans vu pour le peu de temps passé dans la chambre.||Cet hôtel est très bien situé. Le parking très pratique. |Le centre ville à 5min à pied.||Le personnel très sympathique. ||Lors de notre 3ème séjour nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner en chambre.|C'était également un séjour organiser pour mon anniversaire. |L'hôtel m'avait laissé une petite attention .||Je recommande cet hôtel +++
