Bihada

I have gotten 3 facials at Bihada and they’ve left my skin glowing! Kaoru is amazing and her salon is has a very relaxing vibe. She also sells wonderful skin care products.

I booked the Sakura treatment today and it was wonderful! I felt so welcomed and totally comfortable with Kaoru. She is super professional, kind and took care of me and my skin in the best way I could imagine. I will book other treatments again for sure, I was relaxed and I feel like my skin is glowing healthier now than before. She also provides valuable information and tipps how to take care of your skin at home. I feel like no matter if you want to chit chat all the time or if you want to say nothing at all, with her it's totally fine. I felt accepted as who I am. Very calming and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed 3 facials so far at Bihada and was very relaxed at the end. Kaoru is doing a wonderful job every single time. In the past I found that massages and facials can lead to more tension and be awkward, this was never the case with Kaoru at Bihada.

Kaoru is lovely - she's sincerely warm and welcoming and her space is very relaxing. She does great work with the facials and you can really tell she cares about pampering you. She even offers appointments on Sundays and it's very easy booking, plus, the location is super, right next to Wipkengen!

I always thought I would have to travel to Japan for a quality face and head treatment. BIHADA has proved me wrong. I thoroughly enjoyed my Detox Natural Stone "Kassa" treatment yesterday evening. I was in a state of complete relaxation and knew I was in good hands with Kaoru Hisatomi. She is very professional, knowledgeable and you can tell she is passionate about her work. I absolutely recommend visiting her and experiencing a treatment for yourself. Your skin will love you for it!

BIHADA is a place for a total relaxation. You will not get a better facial treatment than that of Kaoru-san anywhere in Switzerland. Her dedication, professionalism and kindness are impressive, and her hand massage is second to none. I keep going back to her. My skin glows thanks to her. I can strongly recommend her to anyone.
