Μεγάλα καθαρά δωμάτια . Άνετα κρεβάτια . Εξαιρετικό wifi . Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προςωπικο. Με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της πόλης . "Φθηνό" για τα μεγέθη της πανάκριβης αυτής πόλης. Δωμάτια και για καπνιστές (γουαου). Μέτριο μονο το πρωινό στο δωμάτιο .

After a disappointing stay in Paris on our (short) interrailling trip we had a lovely stay here. A warm welcome, we arrived shortly after 12 to drop off the bags an, as the room was ready we were allowed to check in early, which was great. Room is clean, well decorated and had a comfy bed. I’m travelling with my son so we stayed in a twin, and it was good. Bathroom was clean and shower was roomy and powerful. Shower gel is provided, as is body lotion and a vanity kit (if you want one). There’s a safe and telly (French/German mostly. ||Breakfast was good - coffee and various cooked options made to order, a buffet of croissants/cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts etc was good.||They even leant us umbrellas as the forecast was for rain.||There was a decent Chinese next door which we tried and a short walk from the old town. ||Would recommend again.

This was wonderful, right in the heart of Geneva, very near old town and the train station. It has all the basics right, super clean rooms, great bathrooms, comfortable beds. Staff was almost over the top in service; there were two at the front desk every time we came in, and they both stood immediately (almost said 'at ease'). Breakfast included the usual continental things, as well as an egg dish made to order. I had scrambled eggs and bacon one day, and omelette the other. |I really enjoyed the fact that the windows open to the street. The weather was nice, and the breeze carried the quiet conversation of the folks outside drinking coffee. Terrific overall experience

I’m currently staying here, having booked the "suite" for 1250 CHF for 3 nights. Despite setting the air conditioning to 16°C, the room temperature remains around 30°C. When I raised this issue, the receptionist simply said "apologies, we can’t help it" and promised to bring a fan — which never arrived. On top of that, there’s a persistent foul smell coming from the sink or drain, making it very difficult to sleep. For this price, I expected at least a reasonable level of comfort, but unfortunately, this hotel falls far short. Disappointing experience.

Small hotel in the center of Geneva, just two blocks from riverbank. Room in vintage style was nice. Staff were kind and service was excellent, also breakfast was good. Hotel itself was ok, just the construction site across street was annoying (but they ended up before 5 pm every day, so it was not big issue). Maybe one disadvantage - hotel restaurant is purposed only for breakfast. Anyway we got recommendation from receptionist for amazing italian Restaurant Le Lacustre nearby.

hotel Genebra|Hotel super bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pé. Bem próximo do lago, vários restaurantes próximos. O hotel é antigo porém com alguns pontos reformados. Roupas de cama e toalhas de banho ótimas, 2 travesseiros por pessoa. Tem aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro. Apto silencioso. Bom café da manhã, fazem omelete na hora e o suco de laranja é 100% natural. Os atendentes da recepção e do café sao extremamente educados e atenciosos. O que não me agradou muito foi o |carpete no quarto. Mas diante de tantos pontos positivos não foi relevante. Voltaria ! Nesta região todos os hotéis fornecem um Travel Card para deslocamento na cidade e em torno da mesma.

The hotel is centrally located very close to the lake. It’s not very big but well maintained with the rooms of good size, bathrooms very clean and also good size with all amenities. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Good hotel with decent pricing to stay if wanting a central location.
