Château d'Ouchy

Attractive place to stay by the lake. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are decent, food is good. Can be busy during peak holiday seasons but still everything runs smoothly. Efficiently managed and kept in good shape and nice and clean. Good choice for exploring the town from a lakeside location. Convenient for the water and for the town.

This a really beautiful hotel in a great location but the best thing about the hotel is how professional and helpful the staff are. From the moment of booking they were responsive and thoughtful. My family was arriving on an early flight and were allowed to check in early. My husband lost his phone enroute an they couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic. The room was beautiful with high ceilings and understated and classy decor. It stayed nice and cool during the heatwave. The pool was lovely. Although not particularly child friendly, it was a nice respite from the heat as it shaded a little by the trees and our toddler loved it and spent the whole afternoon in the water (just bring floaties!).

Staying at Chateau D'Ouchy was nothing short of an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms, a nice spa with outdoor swimming pool and a great restaurant (57° Grill) for lovely breakfasts and fantastic diners. The service is outstanding too. Parking is available at the hotel on a first-come first-served basis (17 cars maximum).||||We stayed in the Deluxe Lake-View Room, which offers an awesome view on Lake Geneva (Lac Léman).

Fabulous waterfront outdoor dining room. Fabulous waterfront, location, one block to the metro, so convenient, 3 blocks to the local port where you can take boat to different locations on Lake Geneva, including Geneva in about four other small towns. The personnel at the hotel restaurant and housekeeping are all very kind and very accommodating. I will be returning next year and probably staying in 10 days to really enjoy the location.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Chateau d’Ouchy. Excellent location just minutes from the metro which goes directly to the train station. Located right on the lake, perfect for strolling along the lakeside and just a few minutes walk to the excellent Olympic museum. The room was spacious and clean, the ac worked very well, keeping the room comfortable and cool. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint about the room is the fact that the shower area had no door for privacy, it’s basically in the room. We had free breakfast due to my Hilton gold status and the breakfast was excellent - large selection of tasty, fresh food!

Chateau d’Ouchy was a fantastic hotel! The location could not have been more perfect, right on the lake and right next to the metro.We had the most pleasant experience. All of the staff were so kind and friendly. We will definitely return.
