Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο. ||Premium category σε άνεση, εξυπηρέτηση, facilities.||Κατάλληλο για business δραστηριότητες, αλλά και για διακοπές, αφού η Λωζάνη είναι μια από τις ομορφότερες πολεις της Ευρώπης.||Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Εκπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο, στο κέντρο της Λωζάνης, πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη λίμνη κ γύρω στα δεκαπέντε λεπτά από το Ολυμπιακό Μουσείο. Το σέρβις κυριολεκτικά σε σκλαβώνει.

The hotel is a beautiful building and the rooms are much more spacious and better equipped with automatic bidets, good sized TVs and over looking a beautiful view. The concierge staff are incredible and have been nothing but polite and helpful. The restaurant staff however.. are another story. Some incidents I will not share as they have been resolved however in our last day my children went down 15mins before the closing of breakfast which was at 10:15 (closing is 10:30) and every time they would ask to be served the waiter would tell them " 5 more minutes" and before you knew it it was 10:33 and when they finally asked the waiter for a third time he responded "sorry we close at 10:30" and what my children wanted was something out of the cold section of the buffet and not freshly cooked food. There is no excuse for this apart from bad taste from the waiter who must have gotten away with this type of behavior several times otherwise he wouldn’t have dared to do this to paying customers at a 5 star hotel in Switzerland! This in my opinion is grounds for firing. The day before that we were finishing our breakfast and it was past 10:30 and the waitress was pulling the plate mat from u see my wife’s plat in an attempt to get us to finish our meal fast so they can prepare for lunch. Either we have an issue with culture shock or this hotels restaurant staff need to learn some customer service tips and maybe some general manners! Other wise, aside from the breakfast experience, the hotel and its staff were excellent. The rooms were spotless and the linens were as clean as can be. The pool is a bit small but does the job. The garden is lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel .

From the very first moment I stepped into Hotel Savoy in Lausanne, everything was pure perfection. A seamless experience from the arrival to the ‘goodbye’. And let me tell you, the multiple pillows were an absolute dream! It’s the little details like that which make you feel truly cared for. The room was a cozy sanctuary, the bed a cloud, and every corner whispered elegance.||The Hotel Savoy is a blend of sophistication and soul-soothing comfort that makes you want to linger just a little longer. Highly recommend for anyone who loves thoughtful touches and a dash of indulgence.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement une nuit. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, le buffet du petit déjeuner très varié avec une carte service minute,||La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse avec balcon, jolie salle de bain avec grande baignoire et cabine douche spacieuse et parfaitement équipée, avec une literie ultra confortable et une vue splendide. Tout est pensé pour un séjour relaxant et haut de gamme. Beaucoup de produits d'accueil (douche, shampoing etc.) Très calme et silencieux.||Le personnel est aux petits soins. Mention spéciale à l’équipe de serveurs de la brasserie. ||Le parking (prix très correct) est pratique et nous avons trouvé facilement une place.||Nous y retournerons très probablement dans un proche avenir...

We had a great stay at Hotel Royal Savoy Lausanne. The staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. The rooms are well maintained with good finishes. Great spa. The sky lounge is great with views of Lausanne. The hotel has great ambiance in general. Hotel is located just across the metro station and transport card is complementary. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lausanne.
