Klinik: Nach jahrelangem Hin- und Her bei anderen Dermatologen bin ich nun seit einem Jahr hier in Behandlung und unglaublich zufrieden mit der Klinik. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, top organisiert und die Klinik sowie Geräte stets einwandfrei sauber. Persönlich: Die Ärzt*innen wirken (bin nicht vom Fach) auf mich äußerst kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Jedenfalls hat es meine behandelte Ärztin geschafft eine Behandlung zu finden, welche mich von 95% meines Leids befreit. Klingt dramatisch und romantisch, aber der Besuch bei der DKZ macht mein Leben deutlich lebenswerter ‍♂️

I recently had a fantastic experience there and I'm so grateful to Dr.J. Solomon for her exceptional care. From my very first visit, she was incredibly professional and patient. She took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood all my options without ever feeling rushed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my concerns and wanted to find the best solution for me. The clinic itself was spotless and welcoming, and the staff were all kind and efficient. They made the entire process, from booking my appointment to checking out, completely seamless. Dr. Solomon's expertise and compassionate approach have made a real difference. Bei jedem Besuch betreut mich ein neuer Arzt – der vorherige ist meist schon wieder nicht mehr da. Diese häufigen Personalwechsel sprechen nicht für Qualität. Auch die Unzufriedenheit des Teams ist spürbar. Insgesamt bin ich weder mit der Atmosphäre noch mit der medizinischen Betreuung in dieser Klinik zufrieden. Jeder Stern ist einer zu viel.

ENGLISH: I’m in my 30s and had been very bothered by how tired I looked — especially how terrible makeup would settle into my forehead area (as seen in the picture). I recently had Botox treatment at the Dermatology Clinic in Zurich, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I arrived, the clinic felt welcoming and the staff were extremely polite. Dr. med. Mara Kolassa took the time to explain clearly which areas would benefit most from Botox and gave me valuable tips for achieving the best overall result. I was treated in the forehead area, and she also suggested complementary areas for a more balanced and refreshed look. Her explanations were easy to understand, and her approach was both professional and kind. A special thanks also to Christina, the clinic manager, who was very kind and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. Today marks two weeks since my treatment, and I’m thrilled with the natural yet noticeable results — my expression looks more attentive, I look great even without makeup, and the overall effect is still very natural. I will definitely return for future aesthetic treatments. GERMAN: Ich bin in meinen 30ern und war sehr unzufrieden damit, wie müde ich wirkte — besonders, wie schlecht sich Make-up im Stirnbereich absetzte (wie auf dem Foto zu sehen). Vor Kurzem hatte ich eine Botox-Behandlung in der Dermatologie Klinik in Zürich und könnte mit dem Ergebnis nicht zufriedener sein. Schon beim Betreten wirkte die Klinik einladend, und das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Frau Dr. med. Mara Kolassa hat mir klar erklärt, welche Bereiche am meisten von Botox profitieren würden, und mir wertvolle Tipps gegeben, um das bestmögliche Gesamtergebnis zu erzielen. Behandelt wurde der Stirnbereich, und sie empfahl auch ergänzende Bereiche für ein harmonischeres und frischeres Aussehen. Ihre Erklärungen waren leicht verständlich, und ihr Auftreten war sowohl professionell als auch herzlich. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch Christina, der Managerin der Klinik, die sehr nett war und dafür sorgte, dass alles reibungslos verlief. Heute, zwei Wochen nach der Behandlung, bin ich begeistert vom natürlichen, aber deutlich sichtbaren Ergebnis — mein Ausdruck wirkt wacher, ich sehe auch ohne Make-up gut aus, und das Resultat ist immer noch sehr natürlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall für weitere ästhetische Behandlungen zurückkehren.

I have been a regular at the clinic for about 3 years now I think. I have had all sort of services (aesthetics) and checks (medical) done at the clinic during this time and each and every time the services and patient care were top notch. Adriana is the absolute best in terms of cosmetic procedures! She is offering a lot of services and my experience with her is for laser hair removal, chemical peelings, brow shaping and lash lifting. And as somebody who has very asymmetrical eyebrows and is very picky with the cosmetician performing this shaping, I would like to say that she absolutely rocket it. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for having my brows shaped or my lashes lifted. She’s very patient, caring and professional! I would also like to endorse Dr. Med. Iulia Solomon whom I had an amazing experience with on the medical side of things! Also very patient, caring and providing very insightful and easy to understand medical information. I am very happy overall with the clinic, their services and personnel. Highly recommend them all!

I had two stubborn warts on my left foot for quite some years and thanks to Dr. med. Tine Sander-Wiecker and the DKZ team, they are completely gone now. Dr. Sander-Wiecker is truly an exceptional dermatologist. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and very caring. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly and treats her patients with genuine care and professionalism. Definitely one of the best dermatologists out there. The staff at the reception are also very friendly, welcoming and they’ve always been understanding and flexible whenever I needed to reschedule my appointments.

Früher (vor ca. 4-5 Jahren) hatte ich gute Erfahrungen, leider sind die guten und vertrauensvollen Ärztinnen alle nicht mehr da. Bei vereinbarten Terminen gibt es immer lange Wartezeiten, obwohl man als Patient/in pünktlich ist. Für eine kurze Info-Beratung betr. Tattoo-Removal verlangen sie Geld, in meinem Fall CHF 100. Die Beratung durch eine sehr junge Kosmetikerin, die kaum Deutsch und nur sehr schlechtes Englisch sprach und keinerlei Informationen vermitteln konnte, sondern die ganze Zeit nur wiederholte "we have the best laser! It's the best!", hat mir leider überhaupt nichts gebracht. Auf meine Reklamation hin hat man mir (schriftlich) versprochen, das verrechnete Geld für die nicht-Beratung zurückzuzahlen, leider warte ich noch bis heute darauf. Ich würde diese "Klinik" meiden, es gibt so viele andere, bessere in Zürich. Nachtrag auf ihre Reaktion: Die CHF 100.- wurden direkt meiner KK belastet und nie zurückgezahlt. Ich bitte Sie, das nachzuholen. Besten Dank!
