The hotel has very lovely and uncomplicated staff. The spa (naked zone) is really nice and has different saunas and also an infra red light room. The pool is okay, could be warmer. The breakfast was exceptional and has a wide range of food. It has milk alternatives! The bathroom we had was freshly renovated. The room was quite nice although the tv and curtains are really outdated. The bed was comfy but really squeaky. Everything was really clean.
Far from up to par. While the staff was very friendly and the breakfast good, the bed was VERY uncomfortable, the room too small (for the price) and too warm. The hotel overall has the Charme of 60s apartment block and the pictures online were not representative of our experience. The location is not idyllic - albeit convenient if you want to walk to the city or to the lake. We also had to park ~1km away - not a big issue, but certainly inconvenient. Overall a VERY poor price performance ratio.
Schönes Hotel an guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind gross mit Holzboden, Balkon und Delizio Kaffeemaschine. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Parkplätze sind innen und außen vorhanden.
Das Hotel ist, bis auf die Parkplatz Regelung, ganz ok. Leider wurden wir , trotz vielen freien Parkplätzen (angeblich reserviert für neue Gäste) rund ums Hotel am letzten Tag gebeten an einem anderen Ort im Dorf zu parken.. und dies, obwohl wir bereits 2 Tage im Hotel weilten.. Schade..
Für über CHF 520.00 (2 Nächte) ein enttäuschendes Hotel. Viele Lernende, das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl 2x an der Reception gemeldet. Zudem ist das Hotel nichts für Allergiker, da voll mit Gästen, die ihre Hunde im Zimmer haben.
Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Vom Zimmerservice über die Küche bis hin zur Rezeption war der Service durchweg aufmerksam, professionell und äußerst freundlich. Das Personal sorgt dafür, dass man sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut fühlt. Ein Hotel, das in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt – absolut empfehlenswert!
Super Frühstück, alles schön und sauber, nettes Personal.
