Booked with them because i travel with two babies and need the corresponding car safety chairs. The mini van arrived with a baby seat with a broken belt that was not holding the baby, and a second chair for an older child in which my baby was sledging down, what meant my babies were not duly secured. I booked a second time and to avoid this issue we called 3 times to ensure baby chairs were provided and in proper condition. The van arrived to the airport with no baby chairs and the driver was as surprised as I was because he was just communicated that 4 people were travelling ( no specification of adults / babies). Huge issue for a mother of 2 under 2 , at midnight, after a long flight and raining. Disastrous. Never again
Leider wurde der heute auf 08:25 gebuchte Termin, trotz schriftlicher „Confirmation" nicht abgeholt. Dass man keine weiter Meldung etc. Erhält fand ich seltsam, also habe ich auf den 2 Nummer auf der Webpage angerufen. Keine Antwort. Über die Googlesuche noch eine 3. gefunden. Dort dann endlich erfolgreicher - bis mir gesagt wurde: nein geht nicht. Uber etc. Konnte nicht mehr aufgeboten werden, da es hier in der Gegend keine hat. Schade! Nach dem es 2 mal geklappt hat, 1x so halb nun definitiv das letzte Mal.
