Insgesamt zu empfehlen: Poolanlage extrem toll, gepflegt, ruhig mit Handtuchservice und Poolservice ( Früchtebecher zu empfehlen) Frühstück gut. Früchte, Ceralien und Rüherei usw. Plätze im Frühstücksraum oder draussen je nach Wahl. Reception: super nette Dame, die toll alles erklärt. Der Teppich davor mit vielen Flecken trübt den ersten Eindruck sehr, würde ich dringend empfehlen zu erneuern. Zimmer: gross und sauber, mit Bad, kompfortabel. Alles halt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

We were on a tour and we stayed here one night. Our issue was on our group with the breakfast room. We were there early in morning and we filled our plates and went to sit in the room with the view of the lake. There were only a few folks eating at that time with many empty spots. We tried to sit in the front with the view and were told that we could not sit there. They moved us to the back of the room. The whole time we were there no one sat in this front area. We felt like we were not good enough for these seats. We sat near the garbage cans and gate for maintenance. While we ate they hauled a ladder past us and transferred a large garage can past us. For this reason I would not go back. Our money was as good as the next person. There were 14 of us and we all felt the same.

Certes l'hôtel est désuet et il gagnerait à être raffraichi, mais les chambres sont très grandes, la piscine est agréable et le cadre est magnifique. Il y a même une place de jeu pour les enfants! Point négatif: pas de piles dans la télécommande et la télé ne fonctionne pas. Les matelas font mal au dos.

So I need to preface that this was a chosen hotel by a Tour company that I was traveling solo with. |Location was fantastic! Very close to everything! Staff were also very friendly and spoke English . The rooms themselves were a pleasant surprise since as a solo person I get horribly small rooms. This one was like a sweet. I even had a mini stove and sink! However, there are absolutely no plugs anywhere! So good luck with charging anything. There was also a cute little outdoor area, but in the night it was super scary because they have sheer curtains and I felt uncomfortable with that.||There was a beautiful pool area and we actually had our breakfast outside. ||The breakfast did not have any eggs! And they seem to have no interest in doing so. But remember pretty much all of these hotels will have a large amount of Chinese tourist! And they are very rude and will take all the food.||In the actual rooms, everything was accommodating, but the pillows once again in Switzerland are very flat and bad for your neck. There are no washcloths. There was a combination, shampoo, shower gel. And this one actually had lotion. No wash cloths !

The hotel is old but still shines. There is another one across the road called villa de leopoldo and it here you can dine with the view of the city. Overall the room is fine but the hotel is old and needs some serious polish and maintenance. Other than that it is a good stay for your holiday or your business trip here in Lugano. . The hotel also has gym and pool And you can use even after checkout.

Eine Zumutung, das Personal dieses Hotels ist schlichtweg unfähig. Heute Morgen habe ich ein Doppelzimmer für 501 Franken reserviert. Ich habe mich noch gewundert, warum ich keine Bestätigung erhalte. Auf jeden Fall dort eingetroffen, sie seien ausgebucht und hätten keine Reservation erhalten. Mein kleiner Sohn und meine Partnerin standen zu Fuss da und nach langem hinweg mussten sie den Weg wieder nach Hause machen, weil niemand dort fähig ist ein Zimmer irgendwo in Lugano zu organisieren. Für Business nicht zu gebrauchen und auch Privat würde ich dieses Hotel meiden.

Minable. Un prétendu 4 étoiles aux prestations plus que bas de gamme. Si le seul souci de l’hôtel était d’être complètement à refaire et vieillot mais non en plus il n’est pas propre. Les murs sont remplis de taches et traces diverses et variées tout comme le miroir d’ailleurs. Indigne d’un 4 *. Il n’y a que le prix qui est 4* : à fuir
