called for immediate pickup… they said 10 min…. after 25 min… no show!!! they called to say "coming coming… 300 meters" but when asked where he was… he was no where near!!! do not suggest!!! there are no reliable taxi in Zurich!!! Maybe if you book 1 day in advance.

Gazi ist super sympathisch und unterhaltsam. War eine äußerst angenehme Fahrt. Ist nun mein stamm Taxifahrer! Bis bald!

Upon airport arrival, they were punctual and friendly. For our return, they promptly guided us to the pickup point even with a flight delay. Both drivers were attentive. Highly recommend this company.

Advice: Strongly suggest to avoid this company if you want reliable taxi service. Likely artificially inflated score on Google Review, see explanation below. Original review, 09.12.2023: Ordered a taxi through the website. Taxi never came, no message whatsoever. Useless. 2nd edit, 04.01.2023 (see first edit below for context): Clearly, my optimism was premature. I called the company yesterday to take them up on their offer of a free taxi fare. I was told that 'we only give you a free fare when you change your review to 5 stars or remove your review', and I 'only upgraded to 2 stars and 2 stars don't help us'. For me, the upgrade to 2 stars is realistic, as the original product (the taxi fare) never arrived and a small token of customer service does not change that initial fact. However, the owner seems to believe that not showing up to a customer should not weigh on his review score at all, and I'm guessing this is not the first time he has done or attempted this. I would not be surprised if the 4.8 stars this company is currently set at at time of writing is, for a majority, artificially inflated because of this. Original edit, 10.12.2023: got contacted by the company yesterday to apologise. Said they did try to contact me after they apparently encountered a lot of traffic, although I'm not sure how they failed to do so for 45 minutes but managed to call me on the same number the day after. But in all fairness, at least there was a follow-up and an offer for a free ride, which is good. I have to be honest so I'm only upgrading it 1 star because I expect more from the initial service. But they at least seem to give some care to complaints.

Das Taxi, dass ich auf 06:00 vorbestellt hatte kam nicht. Meine Frau musste mich in letzter Sekunde zum Bahnhof bringen, damit ich den Zug nicht verpasse. Sehr unprofessionelle Planung und ganz und gar nicht zuverlässig. Ich bin sehr verärgert und werde zu anderen Dienstleistern wechseln.

Ich wurde auf persönlichen Wunsch um 03.00 in der Nacht abgeholt. Der Fahrer hatte sogar einen eisgekühlten RedBull im Fahrzeug für mich bereit. In einem sehr komfortablen und angenehmen Fahrstil wurde ich an den Flughafen gefahren. Würde den Service jederzeit wieder in Anspruch nehmen und bedanke mich herzlich bei meinem Fahrer!!!

Super service angerufen um 3:00 Uhr morgens, wurde sofort ein Taxi gesendet, anständige und sauberer Wagen. Seehr freundlicher Fahrer man konnte sich gut unterhalten. Immer wieder gerne danke für die Super Fahrt.
