Von Beginn weg wurde ich offen, transparent und kompetent beraten. Die Zusammenarbeit war sehr angenehm. Der Verkaufsablauf erfolgte ziel- und prozessorientiert. Das Verkaufsexposé mit den höchst professionellen Bildern war sehr ansprechend und hat mir Eindruck gemacht. Ich kann diese Immobilienfirma bestens weiterempfehlen.

Immer freundlich, zuvorkommen und speditiv. Auch zu Empfehlen bei schwierigen, heiklen Objekten mit Erbengemeinschaft. Gute Zusammenarbeit mit Anwalt, Gemeinde und Familie (zieht die Fäden zusammen). Overpriced, poor communication, unprofessional handling We chose Residence Immobilien to sell our apartment based on an impressive initial presentation and accepted their higher fees over other reputable agencies. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned disappointing. Timelines were not respected, an agent entered our apartment unannounced while we were away and acknowledged it only when confronted. Communication was unclear and often inaccurate, with repeated requests for already submitted documents and tight, unrealistic deadlines. They added unnecessary pressure rather than support, failed to manage the buyer properly—putting the deal at risk a day before signing—and key milestones went uncommunicated. At the signing, the agent was underprepared and had limited German skills. When we tried to provide feedback, they deflected and insisted everything had gone well. Overall, extremely unprofessional and not worth the premium.

Wir dürfen Residence Immobilien schon seit vielen Jahren im Bereich IT Infrastruktur betreuen. Sie planen ihre IT Projekte sehr seriös und genau. Vorbildlich! Wir sind auch dankbar für die schöne Wertschätzung, die wir immer wieder von der Geschäftsleitung erhalten.

The agency lacked transparency in its communication during the decision-making process and was more driven by its own self-interest against the detriment of the client. One advice: take your precaution as the agency is not willing to acknowledge any mistakes and find a fair compromise for all parties. Very disappointed by our experience and do not recommend! We are still waiting for your return to share with us the extract from the rental contract that we signed as owners highlighting the paragraph stating the owner has decided to bear the cost of the tenant's individual electricity consumption. It's been 2 months now, several emails and you still haven't answered such a simple question while you just answer that the owner is liable about it. If the agency committed towards the tenant orally during the viewing (without the presence of the owner) for an improbable topic like this one - not mentioned & agreed at no time nor written in any contract or email with the owner - but discovered only after the protokoll when raised by the tenant, this binds your agency not the owner sorry ! To date, we have shared with you several inconsistencies in your written communications as well as the position of an independent professional about the rental contract you completed which is in line with our understanding.
