Artystyczne dzieła wykonane z szlifowanego kryształu są godne podziwu. Słyszałem że Swarovski ma zastrzeżone i opatentowane szlify, co uniemożliwia podrabianie firmom konkurencyjnym. Ceny dość wysokie ale coś za coś.

A very impressive showroom, well exhibited crystal jewellery and other crystal wear. Friendly service, good advice by the service personnel, and centrally located. Very happy with my buy. Loved the delicate workmanship on a few of the crystals exhibited. It's definitely a collectors collection. If you like Swarovski, this showroom is a must visit. Not to miss - Avengers(see pic) made out of crystal! Loved it!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hochwertige Verarbeitung der Artikel, die jedem besonderen Anlass eine besondere Note verleiht. Die Atmosphäre in der Boutique ist einladend und stilvoll, was den Einkauf zu einem echten Erlebnis macht. Bereits mehrmals wurde ich von dem tollen Team in Luzern beraten. Insbesondere hatte ich bereits mehrmals die aufmerksame, sympathische und kompetente Farias, welche mich immer topp beratet hat. Sie ist stets fröhlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert und gibt mir nützliche Tipps passend zu meinem Typ. Ich bin völlig zufrieden und gehe gerne immer wieder gerne hier einkaufen.

I received a bracelet as a gift from this store, i wanted to return it because it did not fit, and two employees there were not trained and incapable of doing a refund for me. They told me I should come in few days when the manager is there. Question to the store: why do you have employees that cannot do the most basic tasks such as a refund(e.g. gift card etc)? If they are not trained or have the authority, then the manager should be there every day?? Additionally, they ordered a second thing for me, and its been 3+ WEEKS I am waiting it, and finally they said they cannot even find me in a system. In contrast, if you order online, you get it in 2days!
