So treffsicher war niemand in den vielen namhaften Uhrengeschäften an der Bahnhofstrasse und in Luzern - ganz herzlichen Dank Herr Gablinger ich komme wieder! So viele Komplimente habe ich erhalten - Galli Uhren empfehle ich all meinen Freunden. Seit Jahren suchte ich meine spezielle Traum-Uhr - keine Rolex die jeder hat. Mein Breitling Chronomat - Zifferblatt mintgrün war Liebe auf den ersten Blick!

Had an amazing experience with Bryan. My friend and I were looking to buy 3 of the same watches, and Brian went above and beyond helping me source all 3 watches before our flight left a few days later. We even went to the only other AD in Zurich called Juwelier Kurz AG, who told us it was not possible to get the watches in time. When we went there to pick up the watches, Bryan was both knowledgeable and patient in teaching us exactly what to do to maintain, adjust the watches and also exactly how to receive the tax back at the airport, which I did successfully with no issues at all. I would not hesitate to go back and recommend this store to all our friends. It was the highlight of our trip, and we were so happy to meet such a genuine and nice person in Bryan. Thanks again! Only by chance I stumbled upon the offering and selection of Galli and decided on acquiring a Tudor Black Bay Burgundy. I received prompt and courteous responses from the company's representatives, most notably Ms Angstmann. The process and steps of inquiring, ordering and the subsequent availability of the product was communicated in a transparent way. I dealt with a singular representative of the company which made the process easy and flawless up to and with the timely delivery as promised. I have an order for a similar model placed with "another company" in the area and still wait for deliver of that model. Comparing the customer care of Galli to the "others" leaves nothing to be desired and is top. I sure will be back for my next watch purchase. It goes without saying, i am very happy with my purchase of this watch and it won't leave my wrist anytime soon...

Ich hatte heute eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung im Juwelier Galli. Obwohl sie keine Rolex im Sortiment haben, hat man mir sofort und ohne zu zögern geholfen, ein Glied in mein Armband einzusetzen. Der Service war extrem freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann diesen Juwelier nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!
