I had an incredible experience here! I wanted to browse for rings and the jeweler was extremely helpful! I booked an appointment via phone and the jeweler was very proactive to accommodate my requests. She even got me a video from a diamond that had no image on the website! I made my decision quickly on which ring to buy! Overall a great experience and definetely recommended!

The information to reach the showroom was very easy to understand and the location where 77 is located is really a prime location of Zurich. The appointment was very relaxed, we could try all the rings and talk about all the options. Also, we were given some tips in general. Ich habe vor zwei Jahren einen Ring gekauft. Leider hat sich ein Stein gelöst. Ich habe mich dann per Email beim Support gemeldet und zuerst habe ich schnell eine Antwort gekriegt, jedoch warte ich jetzt seit einem Monat auf eine Rückmeldung wie es weiter geht. Ich habe dann den Support angerufen und leider konnte die Dame dort kaum Deutsch und hat gar nicht verstanden um was es geht. Ich weiss leider nicht wie weiter. Guter Kundenservice sieht aber anderst aus.
