Meine Armbanduhr war "paar Wochen" in Revision. Ich konnte sie nach 8 Monate wieder holen. Dann fiel paar Wochen später der Sekunderzeiger aus. Als ich im Laden war, wuede ich von der Verkäuferin angeschuldigt (sehr passiv-aggressiv), was an der Uhr gemacht zu haben . Die Reparatur wurde durchgeführt. Paar wochen später fiel das Band auseinander, es wurden zu kleine Teile eingesetzt. Ich durfte es i. Ausland erneut reparieren. Ich werde nicht wieder hin kommen. Ich bin da echt enttäuscht...

Sehr schnell, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Letztens eine alte Armbanduhr zur Revision gegeben und sonst für Batterienwechsel, bin sehr zufrieden und komme wieder! Danke an Leonardo Todisco

Ich war mit einer Uhr vor Ort, ohne die Absicht, etwas zu kaufen. Mein Ziel war lediglich, die Uhr überprüfen zu lassen, die Batterie zu wechseln und gegebenenfalls das Band zu erneuern. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die Uhr nicht mehr zu reparieren war. Sie wurde mir mit dieser Information zurückgegeben. Ein guter Service hätte zumindest angeboten, die Uhr zu entsorgen. Stattdessen musste ich mit der kaputten Uhr den Laden wieder verlassen und mich selbst um die Entsorgung kümmern. Schade, dass man so behandelt wird, wenn man einmal nichts kauft. Aber schön, dass es auch andere Geschäfte gibt, wo ich künftig meine Uhren kaufen werde.

Had a very pleasant experience going here and purchasing a watch. Very helpful staff guiding through, explaining the different watches and how they work, along with special care for the watches also. There was a great supply of watches as well.

I went Switzerland on vacation and found this store Max Affolter that carry Cuckoo clocks. I purchase one and brought it home to United States. It did not work properly or kept proper time. It’s a battery operated cuckoo clock. I have $5.00 clock works better than this clock. I have correspond with Michael from this company but will not refund me my money. I which I could give this company a zero rating. Be carefully with buying anything from this company.

Bad customer service. Young girl with curly hair rolled her eyes at my mum when she asked to check the conditions of the cuckoo clock. Other shops offer to put in the batteries to check but this rude lady wouldn't even open the box when we were paying. When I asked what if it is faulty, she said then I'd had to go email the company. Girl I don't even know what company you work for. I live 16hours flight away from this company how in the world would I be able to exchange a faulty clock. Lady even shouted across the store while I was talking to my mum about the bad service. I am utterly displeased with the woman and her coworker just tsk at my little mother, how rude.
