Aquatis Hotel

This is a hotel that's decent for the business traveler. If you are here for a day full of meetings and you only need to spend a night in your room, it's okay. Clean room and good shower (although I prefer not to use the same gel for hair and body). Food options are in shortage and there isn't enough staff in the reception...

Albergo con prezzo qualità a 5+ Stelle plus. Personale d’accoglienza professionale (Signor Mathieu) e plurilingue. Atmosfera accogliente e profumata con musica di sottofondo. La camera perfetta in ogni dettaglio e pulitissima. L’albergo è Completo con una piccola SPA e Fitness che dire…. Hanno vinto

I knew the location: far from the city centre, albeit well connected thanks to the adjacent metro station. So the only reason I stayed at the Aquatis hotel was the price, on an evening when all hotels were expensive in Lausanne.||I arrived late. Welcome was professional. I was given a not so nice room, with a view on a highway and some sort of depot. But the bed was good, so it did the job. ||Breakfast was all right.||Pleasant service.

Per un errore del sistema di prenotazione che non ha memorizzato le date di prenotazione ho prenotato per il giorno di prenotazione alle 1500, quando però ho fatto la prenotazione 5 ore dopo !! Mi hanno addebitato l’intero importo perché, secondo loro, avrei dovuto controllare meglio. Loro però di controlli non ne fanno, invece si preoccupano di incassare. La professionalità della direzione ve la raccomando. Scambio di mail feroce, ma loro sempre hanno ragione ! Non si dice che il cliente ha comunque ragione ?? Quaità della camera accettabile per un. Due stelle e non per un 4 stelle in Svizzera ! Sono poi stato da loro il 20 maggio e naturalmente ho pagato altri 250 fr così che il soggiorno di una notte in una camera di 15 metri dove la coperta del letto sarebbe stata giusta per i Caraibi, ho pagato 500.- Fr. Il posteggio per le auto elettriche occupato da auto a benzina, ho reclamato e mi hanno detto che poco piu in la esisteva un altro posteggio a pagamento dove caricare la mia vettura. Evviva l’alberghiera in Svizzera ! Posto da dimenticare a meno che voglate fare i polli spennati !

Stayed for 2 nights (21–23 June), and honestly? Aquatis Hotel was a surprise - in a good way! The room was super comfortable, the view was nicer than expected, and the building itself feels more like a futuristic spaceship than a regular hotel. And then… there's the pool. Now let’s talk about the pool. It’s almost a real pool. It looks like one, it acts like one… but you can only wet your feet. It’s like someone said, "Let’s build a pool - but just the fun part!" Still, it turned into a great place to unwind and pretend you’re a goldfish. Service? Decent. Not overly warm, but efficient and polite. Everything worked, everything was clean, and no weird surprises - that’s a win. Parking is right next to the entrance - paid, yes, but super convenient. No hunting for underground mazes or mysterious back alleys. Now, the location... Let’s just say you’re not exactly in the heart of the action. It’s close to big roads, which is ideal if you’re a Formula 1 fan or like the sound of traffic while falling asleep. Bottom line: not the most romantic or buzzing area, but if you’re looking for a clean, modern, spacious hotel with futuristic architecture and a toe-friendly pool - it’s a solid choice for the price. Would I stay again? Maybe. Would I bring swim shorts again? Probably not.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit gutem Zimmer und guten Betten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Am Abend gab es eine silent Party, welche nicht störte und für die Gäste noch ein Erlebnis war. Der Bahnhof unter dem Hotel ist perfekt und die Metro bringt die Gäste direkt ins Zentrum.

Rien à dire. Je fais ici des séjours réguliers. Chambre parfaite: literie très confortable hormis les oreillers un peu trop mous à mon goût. Petit déjeuner très complet Et restaurant délicieux!
