BAUNAT

2 ans de mariage.. et voici l'état de mon alliance PLATINE. BAUNAT nous avait conseillé cet alliage étant donné que j'allais être amené à devoir retirer mon alliance quotidiennement lors de mon activité professionnelle. De plus toujours selon BAUNAT le platine est "apprécié pour sa résistance et sa durabilité". Cette déformation est selon eux la conséquence d'une "forte pression extérieure" et absolument pas à cause de la qualité des matériaux. 2 ans (!!!) Pas 20.. ni 30. 2 ! Qu'une alliance se raie, perde de sa brillance c'est possible. Mais qu'elle perde sa forme ronde, sans n'avoir subit aucun coup, ou pression c'est scandaleux ! (Et qu'elle soit fissurée également sur le "O" de Caroline) . BAUNAT a un service après-vente à la hauteur d'un Souk. Aucun professionnalisme et service excellence envers le client. Aucun arrangement, aucun geste ( à part proposer une alliance en Or Gris à CHF 450 ..). Extrêmement déçu et fâché contre cette marque. Je vous déconseille fortement cette marque. Anthony Sauthier

Le site internet est bien constitué et clair. La dame qui est au bureau de Baunat Genève et très gentille, et le service est de qualité. Les infos lors processus de fabrication sont plus que suffisants et clairs. Le suivi après l'expédition est très bien aussi. Le seul point négatif, c'est l'entreprise de livraison...lors de mon premier achat, j'ai payé les taxes et frais en espèce au livreur mais j'ai quand même reçu 2 rappel et j'ai perdu beaucoup de temps et de patience à faire supprimer ces rappels. J'espère que ça sera pas la même chose pour ce nouvel achat. Mais sinon les bagues sont magnifiques.

Highly satisfied with my experience with Baunat. I booked an apointment online and visited the showroom where the representative was super informative and helpful. I ordered a ring (the prices are considerably better than all the other high-end jeweleries in Geneva) and waited for the delivery. Keep in mind that the rings are custom made, so the production starts after you place the order, so it might be a bit long, but totally worth the wait. Throughout the production process, I received constant communication from Baunat, informing me of the progress of my order. The delivery was very fast (arrived ~1 day after it was shipped) and everything was exactly as the seller had described. Highly recommended. I spent a lot of days around jewelery stores in Geneva to find the perfect one, I hope you try Baunat first and save yourselves some time 🙂

J'étais douteaux au début d'acheter un bijou de valeur en ligne, la disponibilité, la compétence et la politesse de tous les contacts (en particulier à l'atelier de Genève mais aussi en ligne pour le service avant et après l'ordre) m'ont convaincu. Un service impeccable à un prix vraiment intéressant.

I was searching for an engagement ring and found Baunat on the internet. Of course I was sceptical to start with - buying an engagement ring online..?! However the purchasing experience I made with Baunat was great, flawless. I met their Sales associate from Zurich at the Wedding Exhibition in Basel, she had already prepared the 3 rings I wanted to view "live". I placed my order there and then and paid immediately. The ring was deliverd on schedule to promised quality and also the refund of the value-added tax, which Baunat promises on their website, happened after 1 day! During the entire process I sent multiply emails to the Sales Associate in Zurich and the Administrator in Antwerp, both were exceptionally quick and reliable in responding. I can only recommend Baunat for its Products and Service and without doubt will personally purchase future jewellery purchases with Baunat.

I discoverd Baunat while searching online for jewellry, and I was immediatly impressed by their price to quality ration. I ordered the jewell online without even seeing it first. I am glad to say that the final product is exactly as presented on Baunat website. I would like to mention that all of the staff members were extremely helpful and kept me up to date with every step of the production proccess. Even more, I asked them to make the product ready by a specific deadline and the staff made sure to talk driectly to their delivery partner to ensure that I get my product when I asked for it. I completely recommend buying from Baunat as you will have the best online purchase experience, the best in store experience where you can ask for advice and finaly you will recieve a premium quality product at excellent prices.
