Man spürt sofort die Liebe zum Detail und die Verbundenheit des Hotels mit seiner langen Tradition. Den krönenden Abschluss bildete der Kaffeegenuss mit feinen Friandises – serviert in einer Atmosphäre, die an Stil und Herzlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen ist.||Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team und Herr Bührer für diese wunderbare Erfahrung . Wir wurden von Frau Antal in der Bar bedient und waren rundum begeistert. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend, professionell und unglaublich schnell. Die Qualität des Service war hervorragend besonders ihre Weinempfehlung hat uns überzeugt. Man merkt sofort, dass sie viel Erfahrung hat und mit Leidenschaft arbeitet. Wonderful hotel in every way! The location is unbeatable, the place itself is beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—same goes for the shower, just perfect. Breakfast was very good, though it would be great to have a bit more variety in the buffet. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Wir haben uns im noblen Hotel Bellevue Palace am Nachmittag auf die Terrasse getraut, sehr schöne Aussicht. Bestellt haben wir ein Kugel Erdbeerglace für meine Frau und je eine Kugel Sorbet und Vanilleglace für mich sowie eine Flasche Mineral mit Kohlensäure. Der Kellner musste dann noch nachfragen, ob Vanilleglace richtig sei. Erhalten hat meine Frau eine Kugel Erdbeer und - ungefragt - eine Kugel Chocolat (davon war nie die Rede) sowie ein Flasche Mineralwasser OHNE Kohlensäure.

A lovely Afternoon Tea experience! The atmosphere was calm and elegant, and the attention to detail was noticeable throughout. Service was kind and attentive without being too much. A special thank you to Alfonso for making us feel truly well looked after. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.
