Πολύ καλο ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Άνετα όμορφα διακοσμημένα δωμάτια που καλυπτοτουν όλες τις απαιτήσεις σου. Αρκετά καλό πρωινό το οποίο σερβίρεται σε αίθουσα στον 5ο όροφο με πραγματικά απίστευτη θέα. Το μόνο αρνητικό η πίεση του νερού στο μπάνιο (3ος οροφος).

Beautiful Hotel with Spacious Rooms, Great Facilities, and Delicious Food I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel itself is stunning, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of usable space — perfect for relaxing and moving around comfortably. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that satisfied every craving. On top of that, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. All of this at a very reasonable price — great value for money! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay without breaking the bank.

Das schöne Hotel liegt in Lugano-Paradiso. Die Innenstadt von Lugano kann in ca. 15-20 Min. entlang des Sees (schöne Promenade) zu Fuss erreicht werden. Es hat aber auch Busstationen in der Nähe, die in nur 3-4 Min. erreicht werden können. Mit dem Ticino Ticket, das man im Hotel erhält, wenn man übernachtet, können die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln im ganzen Kanton Tessin kostenlos benutzt erden. |Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die notwendigen Formalitäten waren vorbereitet, dadurch war der check-in sehr schnell erledigt. Generell sind die Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön (wir erhielten ein upgrade, mit kleinem Balkon und Blick auf den See) und wie das ganze Hotel, sehr sauber. Gutes Bett. Dank den gut isolierten Fenstern kein Lärm von draussen obwohl das Haus direkt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse liegt. Wunderbares Frühstücksbüffet mit frischen Produkten. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Excellent location, hôtel, staff and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again So close to everything and yet quiet and very convenient. The shaded strolls along the lake are charming and unforgettable. The side views of the lake from my decent sized balcony were enjoyable and refreshing in their rarity these days, and very appreciated. I would stay there again even though the room, bathroom and shower were a bit small and needed some upgrading. Travelling solo it was not a big deal for me but might be for others.

Right from our arrival at reception, we were given a warm welcome - staff continued to be friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bright and comfortable with a balcony giving us a partial view of the lake. Also the bathroom was lovely and lots of hot water. We were given the discount card the next morning for free travel around the area and also given lots of helpful information on where to go and what to see - there is lots! Breakfast was served in the beautiful dining room and there was plenty to choose from - it was all nicely presented and delicious. Special mention must go to Denis on reception who was so friendly and charming . We would definitely return.

The location right on Lake Lugano was spectacular, and the gentleman hotel manager and the rest of the staff excellent. They went well out of their way to ensure our comfort and convenience. ||The single elevator was quite small, and had to take very many trips to accommodate our tour group. There were some minor maintenance issues in the room, including a broken makeup mirror which was unusable. ||Breakfast buffet was adequate, but one had to queue up for coffee. Our fish dinner was outstanding||Would definitely come again

Die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vier Sterne für das Hotel sind nicht gerechtfertigt der Renovierungsbedarf ist nicht zu übersehen. Das Essen im Restaurant war in Ordnung allerdings habe ich für den Preis mehr Raffinesse erwartet. Mein Tiramisu war fertige Tiefkühlkost der Kern war noch gefroren.
