Un ami m’avait recommandée Bucherer pour les alliances de mariage, et j’ai décidé de tenter l’expérience. Le personnel est très chaleureux, en particulier Madame Bernard que je remercie sincèrement pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, sa flexibilité et ses précieux conseils. Nous avons même eu la belle surprise de recevoir une bouteille de champagne, un geste vraiment adorable de leur part. J’ai eu une excellente expérience auprès de ce bijoutier. Je recommande vivement !
This is Mario Marini, I'm Yessenia's husband, since I don't have gmail I'm using her account because I'd like to leave a review about my always fantastic experience with the Geneva Bucherer boutique. I've been a Bucherer customer for a couple years now both at the city boutique and the airport one. I became customer almost by accident because I was so disappointed at the way I'd get treated by several Rolex authorized dealers that I had almost given up at the idea to buy Rolex watches. I come from far out of Europe and after several bad experiences elsewhere I chose that I'd buy watches for my passion and collection in Geneva only, close to the manufacturers. As I said, Bucherer became my last attempt to become a Rolex customer and I was surprised by the totally different approach that I received at Bucherer and in particular by Mr. Jose' Hernandez who is my excellent excellent Rolex specialist. Things got even better when I gladly found out that about a year ago Maximilien Deluca was joining the Bucherer Geneve boutique. I have known Maximilien for a while as he was providing his services at a different store before and I trust him a lot, he is a true asset in horological knoweledge and customer service. Thanks to Max I was able to extend my experience with Bucherer in the wide non-Rolex ecosystem offered by Bucherer and very recently I was able to pick up my first H. Moser & Cie Pioneer time piece sourced by Maximilien. I'm gald that I feel I'm in good hands with Bucherer in Geneva because it offers not only Rolex but also a lot of other brands and in particular some very interesting independent brands that are not easy to find elsewhere. La Boutique Bucherer di Ginevra è sicuramente elegante e offre dei bellissimi gioielli. Il personale è cortese e qualificato. Il problema nasce quando si chiede un orologio che è molto ricercato, allora il cliente diventa un semplice numero, non riconosciuto come tale, un bancomat. Se può permettersi di acquistare quello che Gli propongono Loro, tutto Ok, altrimenti per Loro non vale nulla, in sostanza, non Gli serve e tutta quella cortesia e gentilezza nella realtà nasconde un filo di ipocrisia ed è solo apparenza. Insomma la mia esperienza con la boutique Bucherer di Ginevra, finora non è né positiva né negativa. So soltanto che dopo averli contattati via e-mail, specificando l’orologio che desideravo acquistare; dietro Loro invito, mi sono recata dall’Italia nella Loro boutique per iscrivermi nelle loro liste per la manifestazione di un Rolex e ancora dopo quasi due anni non ho concluso nulla, nonostante svariate e-mail, soldi buttati in viaggi, pernottamenti e altro.
I visited this luxury watch store and was very disappointed with the service. The place was disorganized, with no proper line-up system. When I asked about waiting, they told me to stay in line, but then they took people who came after I was already waiting. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and no one has even spoken to me. How are customers supposed to get help? Totally unprofessional and a complete mess.
