Bouchers actually don't need Review. Everyone worldwide knows that sale staff more than experienced and patient and you never leave this place without watches. Customer service is top.Tou may be surprised by some discovery's and information. They take time and not pushing to buy very quickly. Even young personal seems to be careful and really good.

I was assisted by the lovely Elisa at the Bucherer Lucerne store. Elisa was very kind, thoughtful and patient while I searched for a small gold watch that was simple and elegant. Elisa had excellent customer service skills along with strong attention to detail in helping me find my perfect watch, complete the paperwork, package up my purchase with some lovely souvenirs, and helping me resize the watch to fit me better. Thank you very much Elisa, I am absolutely loving my new watch!
Es ist immer wieder schön, wie wir anspruchsvolle Kundenbetreuung erleben. Wir shoppen gerne "schöne" Sachen und da sind wir einmal mehr beim Bucherer Luzern TOP betreut und beraten worden. In der Schmuckabteilung wurden wir von Frau Fankhauser betreut. Absolut top-Niveau. Speziell ist, wie sie auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist. Unsere aktuellen Einkäufe sind sehr emotional, nämlich Eheringe für unsere Tochter mit künftigem Schwiegersohn, resp. schönen Schmuck für die Hochzeit. Passt perfekt, dankeschön, liebe Frau Fankhauser !!
