Do not use this Agency. I had to withdraw from purchasing a flat as the information provided by the seller (Mr Gil) was wrong. I only discovered this when I read the draft contract. We just arrived in Switzerland so we did not know that any notary act was to be paid by the buyer, Anouk failed to tell us this very important and basic information. I also discovered that when I received the bill from the notary. So in summary, we decided not to buy a flat because the seller lied to us (in front of Anouk) and we ended up paying the hefty notary fee. I proposed a fair way forward to at least share the cost with the seller, but Anouk did nothing to help. Since then I bought another place and everything was smooth. No lies, no bad surprises. Stay away from this agency and stay away from Anouk
