Carlton Lausanne

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, ήσυχο και πολύ καθαρό και με πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό! Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλή ακριβώς δίπλα στο Μετρό και έτσι η μετακίνηση είναι εύκολη. ||Δυστυχώς όμως τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ μικρά. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει κάποιος για να μεταφέρει τις βαλίτσες και είναι πολύ δύσκολο γιατί η είσοδος έχει αρκετά σκαλιά!

Stayed here for a few days with colleagues and it was exactly what we hoped for - a great experience. Excellent central location. Good parking availability. Charming atmosphere with a real boutique feel. Great value for the quality. Everything just works here. It’s reliable, well-run, and has that understated elegance that makes you feel comfortable right away. Definitely worth it if you're in Lausanne - I’d recommend without hesitation.

Bel hôtel à taille humaine et au style classique agréable. Personnel très aidant. Transports en commun offerts, super utiles pour se promener dans la ville tout en hauteur. Seul bémol: petit dej un peu chère.

The Carlton Lausanne Boutique Hotel offers a charming and comfortable stay in the heart of Lausanne. But the best part by far is the location—right in front of the Délices metro and bus stop, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Whether you're heading to the lake, the old town, or the train station, everything is just a few minutes away. It’s a perfect base for exploring Lausanne.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Ein paar Schritte zur Metrostation. Wie waren hier zum vierten Mal und kommen gerne wieder. Nur werden wir nächstes Mal keinen Frühstück nehmen da Preis/ Leistung nicht stimmt. Für den stolzen Preis von 30 Franken erwarten wir mehr. " Trockene " Spiegeleier, trockenes Brot, Auswahl an Käse und Teesorten sehr Bescheiden. Dies haben wir letztes Mal schon an der Rezeption bemängelt. Hat aber nicht viel gebracht!

The hotel was in a great location, with lovely rooms and accommodating staff. Our only problem was that after a four-day stay, we handed both our room keys to the hotel staff and asked if we had any further charges due. We were told that all was fine. We assumed that meant that no more charges were due. When reviewing my credit card charges a few days after our return home, I noticed a $56.55 unauthorized charge from the hotel on my card. ||When I contacted the hotel, they stated it was for an unreturned key and city tax. The city tax I can forgive although they had four days that they could have mentioned or taken care of that during our stay, but to randomly add a key charge was petty and not necessary. While the hotel now agrees that they owe me a refund for the room key charge, I cannot resolve this because they evidently can only charge/credit my card on the same day of departure. After two weeks in Switzerland, this is the only hotel with which we had any issues. If you stay with them, make sure you pay your city tax and verify your room key return before you leave.

The Carlton Boutique was disappointing. Faded grandeur is the phrase that sums up this hotel. Our room was very small with nowhere to put suitcases and a mattress which rolled towards the middle. The wine and lounge bar never opened. Breakfast was a very limited choice with anemic bacon and the slowest way to get coffee ever. Not cheap though - 30 CHF per person per night for breakfast. Overall not worth the price - I know Switzerland is expensive but in return I expect better quality than the Carlton delivers. One unexpected bonus - the hotel is literally next door to the Delices Metro station which gives quick access to lake and old town.
