Worst experience ever. I bought one fossil bracelet to offer as a gift to my brother. He wear it only one time and the magnet broke. When i return back to Switzerland, i bring it back immediately to the shop at the airport but the employee immediately told me that there no guarantee and that she will not be able to do anything.. On the day i bought it ,i trust the other employee, i did not even check the product and maybe she sells something which was partially broken, who knows? Today when i come to tell her colleague the issue, she pretend that they never check the product before selling normally. I recommend the boss there to train well your employees to avoid to get such answer and these kind of service

2 Ringe gekauft, die Verkäuferin war so nett und nahm sich rechtlich Zeit. Wollte nur einen kaufen jedoch nach der Super Beratung kaufte ich gleich beide.
