Hotel ipertecnologico, dal check in al controllo delle luci, tende e tv fino al check out. Personale disponile, purtroppo solo uno tra i tanti parlava italiano. La pulizia della camera deve essere prenotata tranite l’iPad in dotazione alla camera, ma consiglierei maggiore attenzione agli orari, in quanto un pomeriggio dopo essere uscite alle 9:00 e rientrata alle 15:30 per riposare e perché fuori pioveva, la camera non era ancora pronta, alla domanda quanto dovessimo attendere ci è stato risposto che non lo sapevano ancora. Dopo circa un’ora abbiamo dovuto rinunciare alla pulizia e siamo risalite in camera ugualmente. Come posizione direi perfetto.

Hotel was perfect. The staff were amazing - friendly, professional, helpful - couldn't do enough for you. Big shout out to David - asset to the company! Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Shower was amazing! Couldn't have picked a better location for the hotel - short walking distance (2 mins) to the old town, lake and shopping area. If I ever visit again I would definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommend.

Modern, stylish, relaxed, offering good services, and small but very pleasant and clean rooms - reminds one of the highly efficient Japanese rooms. Good breakfast. Smooth. Be aware, no bike storage. Indeed the staff member at check in assured us that the parking space in front of the hotel was safe, unfortunately in the 2nd night despite locker two of our bikes were stolen approx. 10m away of the reception, very unpleasant. Make sure to store bikes safely in nearby appropriate boxes or a garage - All superb besides the ill advised recommendation that bikes can be safely locked and stored in front of hotel

عطيت الفندق ٤ نجوم لانه يستاهل اربع لاكثر الغرفه صغيره بس تكفي شخصين عادي الحمام صغير شوي بس يمشي الحال لو بتجلسون يومين مو اكثر! لو معكم اكثر من شنطتين كبار غالبا بتكون ضيقه الموقع جدا ممتاز صراحه ف نص جنيف افضل موقع وسعرهم صراحه مناسب حوالي ٦٥٠ ريال للغرفه ف عز الموسم السياحي الموظفين جدا خدومين وبشوشين والخدمه جدا ممتازه مافي كاويات ف الغرف فيه غرفه وحده بالدور ال٦ فيها كاويه لو تبون وغالبا ماحد يجيها ف مو مشكله مرا انصح فيه جدا خصوصا لو كنتو شخصين وبتجلسون يومين ف جنيف

Modern, friendly, and tech-savvy stay in the heart of Geneva! We had a fantastic stay at CitizenM Geneva! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. Every request we made was handled promptly and with a smile. The hotel is incredibly tech-forward, which made the stay feel both modern and convenient. Each room is equipped with a tablet that controls everything—lighting, temperature, blinds, entertainment—and it all works smoothly and intuitively. Even the check-in and check-out processes are done via self-service tablets, which was super easy and fast. The lobby and bar area were clean, stylish, and had a warm, homey vibe. We loved the selection of board and card games, which made the space feel social and welcoming. It’s a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is ideal—right in the center of Geneva, within walking distance of the lake and many attractions. We even walked from the train station with our luggage, and it only took around 19 minutes. Super convenient! There were a couple of minor downsides: the breakfast was underwhelming, and it’s a bit inconvenient that there are no toilets in the lobby (you have to go to level -3). But these were small issues in what was otherwise a fantastic experience. Overall, a great hotel for those who appreciate comfort, design, and modern tech—all in a perfect central location. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time during our stay here. The room was great, and the bed was super comfortable. The iPad made controlling the room very easy. Pleasant and helpful staff! All around recommended!

We ADORED this hotel. It’s so cute, very comfortable, great staff and we love the use of technology. The room was great with everything controlled with an iPad. You could also download the app to your phone and control it with that. We could control black out blinds, indoor blinds, lighting, MOOD lighting, tv, etc. There is also a great bar/restaurant downstairs and breakfast was also AMAZING. The concept is also meant to be self check in and checkout with minimal to no need for human intervention but there was staff around if we needed help. The only downside of the concept was not all scenarios were accounted for and staff needed to help us which they were ready to do. We were scheduled to check in the day before but called ahead to let them know we would arrive very early morning the next day for check in. The system had us slated as no show and canceled us but they were able to override it. Same thing with checking out a day early. We needed human intervention for that as well. Despite that which was not an issue at all we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Also great location with walking distance to many things! Oh one site note bathroom is small but was fine for us.
