Seit vielen Jahren bin ich Patientin bei Frau Dr. Lünnemann und Frau Dr. Tröbinger und fühle mich dort stets in den besten Händen. Beide Ärztinnen überzeugen nicht nur durch ihre hohe Fachkompetenz, sondern auch durch ihre einfühlsame und zugewandte Art. Sie nehmen sich Zeit, hören aufmerksam zu und geben einem immer das Gefühl, ernst genommen zu werden. Für mich sind sie definitiv die Hautärztinnen meines Vertrauens – uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Ich hatte eine Sprechstunde bei Dr. Eichner – für mich und meine 4-jährige Tochter. Eine äusserst kompetente und ausgesprochen freundliche Ärztin! Ich kann sie wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen. Bewertung: 5+! Lediglich der Empfang im oberen Bereich war etwas unorganisiert…

Ich bin bei Fr. Dr. Schenkel seit länger. Selten so gute Ärztin gehabt. Sehr freundlich, offen, fachlich kompetent, grosses Fachwissen und sehr geduldig. Sie nimmt die Patienten ernst und ist einfühlsam. Ich komme gerne bei Anliegen in diese Praxis aufgrund, dass ich Sie als Hautärztin habe.

Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Praxis, man fühlt sich stets gut aufgehoben. Mit jeglichen Beschwerden oder Anliegen, wird sich immer bestmöglich um eine Lösung gekümmert. Auch im Bereich Ästhetik, kann ich diese Praxis vom Herzen empfehlen. Super zufrieden mit der Botox Behandlung. Immer wieder gerne!!

After a year of going to this clinic, I decided to look for another one. I got four different doctors who recommended completely different things on my skin problem. I did all what they said, and my problem was never fully solved. All treatments were just temporary. All doctors who attended me told me things that I would have just easily find on the internet, so zero advantage in going to this clinic. None of the doctors I saw seemed to be empathetic with me and my problem, I should have change to another earlier!

I was delighted with the center for a long time, because they helped with my problem. However, then completely incomprehensible things began. so, the first thing is that they stopped sending notifications about appointments, and also stopped calling. There are some entries that may be missed for various reasons, for example they were made a month or two in advance. And now what really surprised me and put me in a stupor. We came to treat our son's finger after an injury. and what was my surprise a few months later in another clinic that before the proposed operation, the surgeon should have taken an x-ray to rule out a fracture, and not just prescribe removal of the ingrown nail. that is, it could be a bone and not a nail, but without taking an x-ray you can find out after the fact. The attitude at the clinic is polite, but... Before that, I also had an operation with them, a small one, but during the process the nurse spilled peroxide on my eye. and just wiped it without apology. something needs to be changed.

Ich fühle mich im Dermatologikum sehr gut behandelt. Bis jetzt hat meine Muttermale niemand schöner entfernt als Frau Tröbinger - und das mit der Schere! Sie ist eine sehr angenehme Ärztin und nahm sich Zeit, mir alle meine Fragen genau zu erklären bzw. zu beantworten. Ich habe mich zu keinem Zeitpunkt unangenehm gefühlt. Auch Frau Yildiz vom Empfang bzw. von der Assistenz hat mir gut gefallen. Ich kann das Dermatologikum in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen.
