Einstein Gourmet

The Michelin stars are well earned. The guest is literally attended to, from the moment one steps off the lift into the restaurant, until one gets onto the lift again, several hours later. The service is impeccable, and everyone is multilingual. We committed a major faux pas by Swiss standards: we arrived appx 7 minutes late for our reservation. I was appropriately freaked out as I entered, but the maitre d’ was quick to put me at ease. The food was so complex and beautiful. Every piece was art. The wine pairings were fascinating and tasty. The sommelier explained the flavors and vintages at length, and answered all queries to my complete satisfaction. I was impressed that they had the courage to feature several older white wines in the pairings. It was a bold move, but every wine was flawless. The food was perfect in every sense. Each dish was masterful in design and execution. Every bite was an experience. It was especially nice to have each chef, personally serving the sauce to accompany every main dish. I’m sad that I didn’t have the capacity to try the final courses. There’s just too much good stuff here! I wish I could come back later, so I can experience just the bottom third of the menu on its own. Will be back. Tip Top

L'accueil ainsi que le personnel étaient parfait ! Le service est exactement ce que l'on peut attendre d'un deux étoiles. Les plats ont été, dans la majorité, très créatifs et les équilibres de saveurs parfaitement maîtrisés ! Petit bémol tout de même sur le prix de l'accompagnement des vins à 145.- pour des vins (même si la majorité étaient très bons) d'une valeur de 20-40 chf la bouteille. On se retrouve donc avec un verre au prix de la bouteille ce qui, même pour un deux étoiles, est trop élevé d'autant que certains n'étaient pas adaptés au plat qu'ils accompagnaient. Nous avons tout de même passé un excellent repas !

This is hot a restaurant, this is an experience. Went here with my wife and we expected a lot but were still pleasantly surprised. The food is on a level we have not seen often before. Not only tastewise but also the presentation is next level (this is to be expected for the price range but nevertheless...). Courses are adorned with intricate details which still serve the taste. Had some food restrictions which were observed acutely and different options were offered that were also very well done. Staff is very knowledgable about basically everything concerning the food and drinks/wines. From where components are from to the way the wine was produced. Also took the wine pairing - which really is to be recommended. Wines compliment and augment the dishes very nicely.

Eines der besten Restaurants, welche ich in meinem Leben besucht habe. Service, Weine und Essen unfassbar gut. Jedes Gericht ist ein kleines Kunstwerk- eine sehr entspannte und schöne Atmosphäre- der Koch spielt mit Säuren sehr brillant. Der Entengang war der beste Entengang in meinem Leben - vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis

Certainement dans les meilleurs restaurant dans lequel j'ai eu l'occasion de manger. L'accueil, le service et l'ambiance sont au top, les plats sont vraiment excellents et bien présentés (la petite sauce amenée à chaque fois par un des chefs). On parle souvent (voire tout le temps) de gastronomie française, ça fait vraiment plaisir de découvrir d'autres saveurs du côté alémanique. De même que les vins qui proviendront également plutôt de là. Nous avions un bon pour le repas et la nuit d'hôtel, aucun regret

Great experience. Such small decoration with such precision to give a wonderful looking. The taste follow what your eyes see. An explosion of different taste in your mouth just balance perfectly. Marvelous mix between herbs, spice and sauce. We order a 4 course and in total we get 10 plate. Great service. People are friendly. Simply divine Really strongly advised this restaurant for his gastronomy and the excellent service.

Als Erstes möchte ich mich bei Loris und Dani bedanken, welche mit Ihrer offenen, kompetenten und sympathischen Art ein Highlight des Abends waren. Ein grosses Dankeschön geht auch an das restliche Team, das ebenfalls durch und durch überzeugte - Danke. Rezension: Das Einstein Gourmet Restaurant ist zweifellos eine herausragende kulinarische Erfahrung. Von Anfang bis Ende wird man von einem erstklassigen Service begleitet, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Menü bietet eine Vielzahl von exquisiten Gerichten, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet werden. Die Kombination aus frischen Zutaten und kreativen Geschmackskombinationen macht jedes Gericht zu einem wahren Gaumenschmaus. Die Präsentation der Speisen ist ebenfalls beeindruckend und spiegelt die hohe Qualität der Küche wider. Was den Service betrifft, so ist das Personal äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Sie bieten den Gästen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und stehen bei Fragen oder Sonderwünschen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt des Einstein Gourmet Restaurants ist die umfangreiche Weinkarte. Hier findet man eine große Auswahl an erlesenen Weinen, die perfekt zu den Gerichten passen und das kulinarische Erlebnis abrunden. Die Weinbegleitung ist extrem durchdacht und passt perfekt zu den einzelnen Gängen. Natürlich hat Qualität ihren Preis, und das Einstein Gourmet Restaurant ist keine Ausnahme. Die Preise sind entsprechend hoch, aber angesichts der gebotenen Qualität und des Gesamterlebnisses angemessen. Alles in allem kann ich das Einstein Gourmet Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
