Ich wurde im Thai Spa sehr herzlich empfangen – alle waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und angenehm. Die Massage war einfach sensationell – professionell, intensiv und gleichzeitig sehr wohltuend. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder!

As per usual absolutely excellent. It’s clean, well organized, the staff is kind and friendly, the massage was wonderful. No matter who you book your appointment with, all of them do a fantastic job! My back has never been happier.

I visited Elements Thai Spa in Basel recently. While the atmosphere was generally relaxing and the place is nicely set up, it won’t be my personal favorite. There was a slight lack of empathy and warmth from the staff, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. During the massage, I actually got scratched because the therapist had long nails, which was uncomfortable. Also, something that’s not clearly mentioned on their website: they expect payment in cash, which can be inconvenient if you’re not prepared. I believe there’s potential, but I hope they consider improving communication and small service details for a better overall guest experience.

Sehr gute Massage von Natty, ich kann wieder normal laufen, ich habe gelitten, aber das Wichtigste ist, dass es mir nach der Massage besser geht, vielen Dank, Natty Wieder eine sehr gute Massage von Natty , vielen Erfahrung wunderbar gemacht und mit vielen guten Tipps danke

The bio coconut oil massage was very good. The masseuse worked not only with her palms, but also with arms and full body. The massage helped a lot with the tension in my back. The staff was very polite, I have got first a foot bath, and after the 90min massage a ginger tea too. In the end of the massage there was a stretching part too.

Sehr spontan einen Termin erhalten, freundlich empfangen, eine sehr gute Thaimassage erhalten, Verspannungen waren am übernächsten Tag dank der Massage weg, ich komme wieder 🙂
