Top notch culinary journey that I got to experience on my birthday! Beautifully presented dishes that tasted just as exceptional. My favourite for the night probably being the braised carrot with wine foam - I had never thought a carrot could be so delicious! We also chose a drink pairing, one with alcohol, one without, and it was easily the best I’ve ever had in Zurich! The ambiance was very cozy and elegant, perfectly complementing the experience. At the end they gave me a little birthday lava cake. Will definitely return in the future!

We had a wonderful dining experience for our anniversary at EquiTable in Zürich. Chef Julian Marti and the EquiTable Team curated a delicious 6-course locally sourced menu with many surprising textures and taste elements with it. We combined it with a non-alcoholic pairing and really enjoyed our meal, coming with a fresh baked (and still warm) bread. The service was also impeccable, very friendly and accommodating for dietary preferences. We will be back!

Great dinner overall: the food was delicious, both vegetarian and meat menu. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a bday and they prepared an extra cake for dessert - really lovely. The wine pairing was exquisite, as well as the non-alcoholic one. Really fine and enjoyable

This Michelin-star restaurant focuses on climate-neutral menus and use of local, seasonal ingredients. I liked all the courses, and the pairings were exceptional, both the wine and non-alcoholic options perfectly complementing each dish. The service was outstanding, with the staff meticulously explaining each course. An unforgettable experience - we'll definitely be back.

Das Essen ist ein absolutes Ausnahmeerlebnis. Toll fand ich das unsere Sonderwünsche berücksichtigt werden konnten. Das Menü ist ein Überraschung die sich lohnt. Ich wurde überrascht mit geschmacklichen Kombinationen welche für mich neu und absolute Highlights waren. Fisch, Fleisch und Gemüse halten sich angenehm die Waage. Das Dessert, leicht und bekömmlich. Service so wie ich ihn mir wünsche, Authentisch nichts aufgesetztes und einfach da wenn man ihn braucht. Man spürt die Freude welche die Leute an ihrer Arbeit haben. Vorgemerkt zum wieder kommen! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, ein Abendessen in einem herausragenden Restaurant im Herzen von Zürich zu geniessen. Die Küche war exzellent, mit erstklassigen Produkten, die in jedem Gericht zur Geltung kamen. Der Service war super angenehm und das Ambiente einfach perfekt – eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und Eleganz. Jeder einzelne Gang war ein Erlebnis für sich, eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion. Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert wurde ich immer wieder aufs Neue überrascht und begeistert. Die Kombinationen der Aromen und die Präsentation der Speisen waren auf höchstem Niveau. Dieses Restaurant ist ein Muss für jeden, der in Zürich nach einem unvergesslichen kulinarischen Erlebnis sucht. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!
