Ich esse regelmässig im Eurest Onyx Restaurant und bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Das Essen ist immer heiss, frisch und geschmacklich top. Die Gerichte sind abwechslungsreich, ausgewogen und schön angerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich willkommen. Besonders gut gefällt mir das umweltfreundliche Takeaway-System mit dem 10 CHF Depot: Schale zurück - Geld zurück. Einfach und nachhaltig. Für die gebotene Qualität ist die Preis-Leistung wirklich hervorragend. Absolut empfehlenswert!
The chicken curry from the buffet today was NOT chicken but something artificial and it wasn’ tofu either as I eat tofu regularly and know the taste and texture well. My husband and I eat at your restaurant a few times a week so neither of us were very happy as it’s misleading to label something as chicken when it isn’t. I’m normally very positive about the food at Onyx but today was a real let down.
We had a very disappointing experience today. We booked a specific table last week, requesting to sit at the very end, under the sun. When we arrived, we kindly reminded the staff about our request. However, the restaurant manager, Nikolai, responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, simply telling us to "go away." This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a manager. We had chosen this restaurant expecting hospitality and respect, but instead, we were treated with arrogance and complete disregard. We hope the management takes this seriously, because no guest should be spoken to this way
