Für mich das beste Uhrengeschäft das ich in kenne. Professionell, im höchsten Grad kompetent, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und super Preis/Leistung. Sei es für einen Batteriewechsel, Reparaturen oder ein neues Armband. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle woher die Uhr ist oder welche Marke. Neue Uhren in allen Preisklassen. Habe auch schon tollen Modeschmuck und Uhren dort gekauft, Goldketten etc. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Sehr kompetentes fachlich orientiertes Personal! Der persönliche Und freundliche Kundenkontakt wird gross geschrieben. Ich bin mit meiner Uhr höchst zufrieden und weiss wo ich in Zukunft meine Uhren kaufe oder vorbeibringen für Reparaturen.

Bourquin ist ein genialer Dienstleister. Sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Batteriewechsel meiner Tissot, die ich nicht dort gekauft habe.Kein Problem. Da wird Service vom feinsten geboten. Toll gibt es noch solche Geschäfte.

Wir konnten für eine ältere, aber für uns sehr wichtige Certina Uhr keine Ersatzteile mehr finden. Dank des tollen und kompetenten Service der Firma Bourquin ist das unverhoffte passiert: unsere Certina Uhr ist dank original Ersatzteil wieder voll funktionsfähig. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Ein Einkaufserlebnis der leider seltenen Art. Inhabergeführt, freundlich, kompetent und up to date (T-Touch Bedienung, Online Recherche). I came with an old Omega chronograph that had a broken pusher. The plan was to leave the watch for repairs or just buying the part. At first, I was told the watchmaker can not find the part. So, I gave them the number and they charged me for the part. Then they told me that there are 7 parts, and they do not know which one exactly is needed. Then I(the client) was told to write to the official Omega(by the Omega representatives?), and ask them for the number. In the end they told me that Omega has forbidden them to repair my watch, and that I should go to another Omega shop. Sorry what?! Oh, and what made my day was that they asked if I was russian or not, because my name sounded like one. Well guess what, Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria even Greece have this name. I would like to mention that there were some people that were very nice and helpful, but that all was spoiled by the incompetent that work besides them. Just say "No" in the beginning, its that simple.
