Geneva Marriott Hotel

Ωραίο δωμάτιο… ευχάριστο προσωπικό! Καθόλου καλή διαχείριση στο πρωινό… επικρατούσε ένας πανικος! Και να παραγγέλνεις στο μάγειρα δεν είναι καθόλου καλή ιδέα θα έπρεπε να παίρνεις παραγγελία από τ σερβιτόρο στο τραπέζι σου διοτι είχε σχηματιστεί μια μεγάλη ουρά στον μπουφέ για μια ομελέτα η μια κρέπα ! Επίσης ξεκίνησαν μ κλείνουν το μπουφέ πριν την αναμενόμενη ώρα!

I wish I could rate with more than 5 stars this hotel. I have stayed in many properties in different countries and this Marriott is one of the top hotels I can remember. Beautiful design , spacious rooms. Based on my elite status and a special occasion we were upgraded to a spacious junior suite. This kind gesture made unforgettable my stay. On top the breakfast and the offerings at the M club lounge were delicious. Fresh local products and whatever we tasted was great. The location although seems to be far from city centre is convenient as you can be in15 min in central train station . Last but not least always the difference is made by the staff. All the staff was very helpful polite and smiling and I would like to thank specifically Joana at the front office who provided early check in, the great room upgrade and we had the opportunity to talk every day. Also at the M club I want to highlight a young associate who was very polite and helpful Lou.

This is the nicest Mariott we have ever stayed in. We had our adult daughter so we did 2 rooms and asked them to be adjoining. We got there at 8 am and one was already ready so we left all our luggage in that one and did some touring around. She appreciated having her own bathroom. The 2 beds in her room definitely would not of fit 3 adults and they look at all our passports so thanks to everyone else’s reviews for that tip. The air conditioning felt great for their hottest week yet for summer. Bed was very comfortable and shower is huge and nice. Perfect.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in throughout the entire trip. The staff was over the top gracious, pleasant and helpful! They deserve their own 4 stars each! The property is immaculate, it is located on the main strip so you can catch a trolley to get to the city center very easily. The food and drinks are very good. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. If I am able to get back to Geneva I would definitely stay here. Highly recommend to all!

This property is located close to Geneva International Airport and about 15 minutes drive from downtown Geneva. Hotel is well connected with public transportation, hence staying 15 minutes away from the city centre does not create any problem. There is a free shuttle service provided by the hotel to and from the hotel.|The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding. Mr. Remi Gonzalez customer services manager was outstanding. He readily answered our questions and offered solutions and guidance in regard to sightseeing, shopping etc. Mr. Remi G was warm and hospitable. Ms. Amelie and Ms. Besma at the front desk were extremely helpful. Ms. Lou at the Club Lounge was very helpful too. Overall the staff at this property made our stay a memorable one.

We had 1 night in Geneva and an early morning flight. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport - but it gives a 5 star rating for me. The property is very nice and modern and well maintained. Our room was also modern - nice size with a little space to stretch (not cramped) - and nice amenities with a TV to relax after long day. Shower and bathroom also nice and bed very comfortable. The staff were helpful and provided us with card to use the local tram with good instructions. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good - enjoyed the swiss wine too. The hotel offered a shuttle to the airport which was right on time and very efficient. While we chose this to be close the airport - the tram access was right outside hotel almost and very easy and free ride right into city center - so convenient for sight-seeing. Great experience here.

Stop looking around for other properties, this is the place to stay. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were made to feel at home. Wendy and her well trained hospitable front desk crew were helpful from start to finish. She welcomed us with open arms, provided information and insight to the area, just a pleasure to get to know. The airport shuttle is super convenient, hotel is located across the tram stop, which takes you downtown and the hotel is very well-maintained. M club food offering a bit weak, could be better but with so much good food around the hotel not complaining just an observation. Jim was well equipped, no pool. Restaurant where they serve breakfast was big excellent food and the drinks made by the bar. Staff were superb. I’m already trying to figure out when I can go back for another visit. We love you Geneva Marriott!
