Gilde Restaurant & Hotel Zunfthaus zur Rebleuten

We stayed here for one night in Chur. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with lovely views! Had all the required amenities. Checking in smooth and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel didn’t have a lift, but we were warned about this in advance so it wasn’t a problem . We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. That was a good variety of food to choose from. Lastly, the building itself is very pretty.

If you need a place to crash for 1 or 2 nights, this is a short walk from the train station, and a great central location to explore the old town. However I would not recommend staying for longer, or if you are looking for comfort. We had several issues, none were absolute deal breakers, but I would not return. Firstly, the lobby smells like stale cigarettes, and our room smelled like a goat farm. Our room was on the top floor, and there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up many stairs. Our room was small, and my husband had booked a double, but we got 2 single beds. We pushed them together but they kept sliding apart. Not romantic. There is also no fridge or AC in the room. Being on the top floor in the summer was very hot. There was a small fan that helped a little. Due to being an old building, there were lots of random half steps on the floor that we were constantly tripping over, not very safe. Breakfast was disappointing, and service was not very attentive. No one checked on us or asked if we wanted to order anything. Most of the stars are for the convenience of location.

Wir waren zum Essen hier. Sehr schöne Räumlichkeiten. Es war nicht überfüllt, es wurde sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir konnten aus verschiedenen Menüs wählen, die untereinander kombinierbar waren. Es gab zu Beginn einen Gruß aus der Küche und die einzelnen Gänge folgten mit jeweils mit einer kurzen Wartezeit, was wir als angenehm empfanden. Alles war sehr lecker, Fleisch zart, zusätzlich alle Teller hübsch angerichtet. Rundum zufrieden.

部屋とシャワールーム、トイレも清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 チェックインの際に問題がありましたが親切に対応してくれて助かりました。 レストランのディナーと朝食もとても美味しかったです！ (私が無知でチップを渡すタイミングがわからずチップを渡せませんでした、申し訳ない。) また機会があれば訪れたいです！

Wonderful little hotel in old town Chur, a short walk from the train station. Our room on the top floor was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views from the room. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but this was mitigated by the willingness of the proprietor to carry the luggage. A great place.

J'avais réservé une chambre via Booking pour une nuit en août 2025 sur le chemin de retour des vacances pour partager le trajet et se reposer. 3 semaines avant le séjour, l'hôtel m'informe que la fête de la ville se tiendra à ce moment-là mais donne des boules quies pour minimiser les nuisances. Je m'attendais donc à avoir un faible bruit qui permette de dormir. Malheureusement ce n'était pas le cas du tout. Le bâtiment est très ancien et très mal isolé, que ce soit au niveau sonore et thermique. Notre chambre était petite, sous les toits, et avec la forte chaleur et le bruit très fort de la rue, il était impossible pour nous de dormir ! Nous avons donc dû quitter l'hôtel et rentrer chez nous au milieu de la nuit. L'hôtel n'a pas voulu nous rembourser, car nous n'avions pas annulé notre réservation compte tenu de la fête de la ville. Mais la réservation n'était pas annulable ni remboursable ! Donc, aucun respect des clients, mauvaises informations données en amont avec minimisation des nuisances réelles. Par ailleurs, le rapport qualité / prix est mauvais même en situation normale, nous avons également séjourné dans un autre hôtel à Coire pour le même prix avec une chambre plus grande et bien mieux isolée. En résumé : A fuir !

Hôtel très bien situé dans la vieille ville, chambre correcte mais petite (pièce sdb/wc très étroite), bon petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Comme c'était son jour de fermeture, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu tester le restaurant.
