Very nice experience. Thankfully when I entered there were 2 more people who were just leaving. I was looking for something special, different that the common stones. Graff not only they had some colorful and nice shaped stones but they also suggested paying a visit to another boutique. This is not something you find everywhere. They really wanted to help me, their client. They made me feel comfortable from the very first minute, by asking me if I would like to have a tea. They also brought some Swiss choco. I loved it. I don't remember exactly the name of the sales executive that serviced me, but she was a great lady. She listened to my interests with attention and didn't interrupt me. I felt like she really wants to help me. Great experience.

Si bien sus precios no están al alcance de cualquiera (de mí por supuesto que no), no dejo admirar esta joyería por sus diseños y la historia de su propietario, quien empezó prácticamente desde cero y supo montar un imperio. En cuanto a los precios, y dado que entiendo algo de piedras preciosas, creo que está algo subido de tono. No obstante, el 8 sobre 10 no se lo quito bajo ningún concepto.
