Best Salon in Montreux, professional, bilingual and very accommodating Eugene knew exactly what I wanted and told me with quiet confidence it was achievable. Eugenev works passionately and without question enjoys what he does. He was completely booked the following day but did everything he could to fit me in. Eugene has years of incredible experience working with L’Oréal, Kérastase, ACEDA amongst others. He was worked for London Fashion week and spent many years in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Eugene was interested in getting to know me as a client and makes you feel like a million dollars (which is what you want after spending time at the hairdressers!). The final product is Incredible. I walked away so happy with the end result. I will certainly be back and recommend all my friends!! Thanks heaps Eugene! So grateful you’re in my town!

I had the best experience at Hair Spa 42! Eugene is amazing and knows exactly what he is doing. It was really such a personal experience where Eugene took the time and effort to make me look the best as possible and leave a very happy client. I went in beforehand for a consult and he went through with me exactly what he would be doing. I had no idea it would come out so great! He is an extremely talented colorist. You can be assured that you will leave very happy and satisfied. The entire staff are very friendly and speak English should you require or feel more comfortable speaking in English. I haven’t felt this great leaving a salon in YEARS. I can’t wait to go back for other services.

I had a very nice haircut that makes my look fresh, healthy and with volume. Customer service was excellent, friendly and attentive. I was a walk-in customer but their intuition of taking me immediately was great as they presumed one of the client would not show up. Multilingual team!! I had a quick consultation regarding my hair status and what would suit me better, coffee/tea was asked, clean space and luxurious top quality products for skin care routine on sale. I felt fully satisfied with the result and I will come back for my manicure/pedicure session

Je suis arrivée après une décoloration ratée, mes cheveux étaient ingérables et très abimés. Eugène a su me conseiller tant pour rattraper la couleur que la coupe, mais surtout redonner vie à mon cheveux. Je respire. Les produits sont exceptionnels et l’accueil est chaleureux, l’équipe très professionnelle et à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement même aux plus exigeantes! Merci encore!

Horrible result! Very disappointed. NEVER again! The only thing I asked is to make a color natural, without red or bronze/orange pigment. It is very easy to make 1 tone! As result I had red skin and orange roots! Horrible!!! Even master was surprised- they are Not professional! It was 1 month ago and even now I still have orange hair roots, my hair is damaged. I was even more surprised speaking with the owner of the salon. She said it’s good and even good result and start urge me that it is better for me ‍♀️ instead of admitting your mistake. ..And before coming the owner said that their hairdressers are the best and in other hairdressers do not know how to work on the Aveda product, not professionals, etc..
