飯店房間景色優美，房間新穎好睡，也有很多飯店設施，記得提早預定划獨木舟或Sup等活動。人員服務非常親切，是感受上自在舒服又悠閒的飯店。 夕陽晚霞映照在湖上真的太美了。在陽台上看美景聽大自然聲音非常療癒。房間餐點也有Room service 叫到房間來吃。非常美味，搭配景色與家人共享，回憶難忘。高樓層遠離餐廳的房型陽台會比較安靜，可以聽到大自然的聲音。 離火車站稍遠，但有公車站停門口。如果有大行李建議叫計程車前往。 早餐餐廳風景絕佳，景色優美。

Truly lovely. Very easy short ride to the city and the train station, but with resort facilities and grounds and lake access. Easy to see Lucerne, travel through the region and also relax at the lake, the beach club, bar. Our family of four (two in early twenties plus mom and dad) really enjoyed our stay! Stay here!

Reception in and out is very bad, with personnel not prepared to receive the kind of guests your hotel would like to have. Charged two breakfast that I have not requested and not taken and wanted me to pay !!!! After discussion, they would like to charge one !!!!! Ridiculous, and the person attending us had no experience at all by treating guests !!|Should improve a lot !!!!!||Amenities are fine; room beautiful and confortable; restaurant, quality of food very nice,simple but good wine list. Personnel very kind.|bar - pleasant personal and nice food

Geweldig mooi hotel gelegen aan de Vierwaldstättersee nabij Luzerne in Zwitserland! Uitgesproken chique aangelegenheid en echt een aanrader! Perfect georganiseerd ontbijt ! Dineren ️ kan ook perfect op deze locatie. De stad, het meer en de bergen ⛰️ ️, het is er fantastisch!!

Wundervoll geführtes Hotel mit herzlichem Personal Selten haben wir uns so willkommen gefühlt. Alle waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und traumhaft gelegen. Eine unserer schönsten Erfahrungen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hermitage Lucerne offers beautiful views, but the overall experience was disappointing. The front desk service was poor, and no assistance was provided with luggage upon arrival. Despite booking multiple day beds, the beach club’s food and drink service was subpar. I was surprised this is considered a four-star property; as someone who works at a true five-star, Forbes Five-Diamond audited resort, I expected at least welcoming and attentive staff, but employees appeared disinterested. For the price, the experience is simply not worth it. The view is the only redeeming feature of this hotel.
