Hey Taxi Luzern

I am in the aviation industry private and corporate flying and so I travel all over the world and I must say from all Taxis and shuttle services I’ve used in my many travels I must say I just had the best taxi experience in Zurich and Lucerne with Andrej. I came to Switzerland just for 3 days to celebrate my Valentine bday. I used Hey Taxi to go to Lucerne from Zurich airport first and since I liked how proffesional, friendly and helpful they were and of course such safe driving and how clean the cars were, which is so important to me, that I asked them to drive me also for all my short and long rides around the city from and to my hotels and to and from Lucerne back to airport in Zurich! They even went above and beyond to help me make my vacation and birthday one I’ll never forget! He was available to pick me up and drop off with punctuality . He suggested restaurants and even hotels for me to stay at when I decided to extend my stay for two weeks. He was even an amazing guide and in the last day on my way back to Zurich before my return flight, he even stopped me at the Lindt chocolate factory, adding a new fun and delicious memory to my vacation! ! will definitely use Hey Taxi for all my future visits in Lucerne! Thank you! And see you soon! I wish I could call Hey Taxi in every city around the world!

Excellent service to and from the airport with comfortable cars, and English speaking drivers. Their service was so outstanding that we've also used it to travel in between Swiss cities and even, for late night emergencies. The communication is always quick and fluid over WhatsApp. Prices are very competitive!

We took 3 trips with this company - a return trip from lucerne to Grindelwald and then from lucerne to Lugano. The service was excellent and reliable, cars are clean and the drivers are very pleasant, well groomed and polite. On one of the trips the driver suggested we stop at a viewpoint and offered to take photos for us. They communicate with you via WhatsApp and if you need to message them the response time is very fast. Overall a fantastic experience and I am glad we found this company. The prices are higher than a regular taxi and cheaper than a hotel limousine, but you will get service on par with a hotel limousine.

Das war mit Abstand eine der schlechtesten und unprofessionellsten Erfahrungen, die ich je mit einem Taxiunternehmen gemacht habe. Hey Taxi Luzern war nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern verbreitet jetzt auch bewusst Lügen über den Vorfall. Fakt ist: Der Fahrer kam nicht pünktlich an die richtige Adresse. Er fuhr zur falschen Adresse, obwohl die korrekten Angaben vorlagen – und behauptete dennoch, „pünktlich" gewesen zu sein. Das ist inakzeptabel und zeigt eine alarmierende Inkompetenz seitens des Unternehmens. Offenbar werden Fahrer eingesetzt, die die Stadt nicht kennen und offensichtlich nicht in der Lage sind, einen zuverlässigen Service zu bieten. Schlimmer noch: Hey Taxi Luzern erfindet Aussagen, die ich nie gemacht habe. Das ist eine Verleumdung, die ich zur Anzeige bringen werde. Es war das erste – und definitiv letzte – Mal, dass ich diesen Dienst in Anspruch genommen habe. Normalerweise nutze ich seit Jahren zuverlässige lokale Anbieter wie Taxi Olé GmbH und Taxi Hess Ernst AG , die leider kurzfristig nicht verfügbar waren. Jetzt weiß ich: Dieses Risiko ist es nicht wert. Ich rate allen dringend, Hey Taxi Luzern zu meiden und stattdessen auf etablierte, seriöse Anbieter zu setzen, die Verlässlichkeit, Ehrlichkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit ernst nehmen.

Last week I encountered a human angel in rescue named Davide who not only provided a great taxi service but also rendered a commendable human kindness well beyond his call of duty. I was in distress in the city of Luzern with my language and directional ineptitude, and he came to my rescue with the ride as well as with his genuine care for my well-being till I was safely at the place for an important meeting. Kudos for his superb navigational skills and well-meaning care for his riders. Gracie di cuore, Davide!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Andrej as our driver and guide during our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we met, it was clear that he was not just here to drive us from one destination to another but to make our journey truly unforgettable. Beyond being an amazing guide, Andrej went above and beyond in ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. Whether it was recommending the best local restaurants, accommodating last-minute changes to our itinerary, or even helping us capture beautiful moments with photos, his kindness and professionalism shone through. Highly recommend his service.

This was an excellent experience! We needed a larger car, and they had one. We arranged a time, and they texted 15 minutes before they arrived. The car was spotless and our driver was personable and also spoke English which was a huge plus for us. We found out that speaking English is a requirement for all drivers. Highly recommend!!!
