The first time I came to Holistic was when my partner booked me a wellness pedicure and massage for my birthday. Anne-Sophie was so welcoming and kind, creating a really nurturing and lovely atmosphere. I then proceeded to book weekly sessions with Anne-Sophie the last month of my pregnancy in order to prepare for labor and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this has been. Anne-Sophie is not only very knowledgeable about her work, but she takes the time to listen to your wants and needs with so much patience and love. You can feel how much she cares and the energy she puts into her work. I also love the sense of ritual that is infused into the experience (e.g. guided meditation, crystals, scents, energetic touch, etc). I’m forever grateful for Anne-Sophie’s support during the last stage of my pregnancy and all the love and healing she brought to baby and me.
