Hotel Admiral Lugano

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, υπόγειο πάρκινγκ με ασφάλεια, σύγχρονο ξενοδοχείο σε εγκαταστάσεις και ικανοποιητικό πρωινό. Εκπληκτική συμπεριφορά με καλή διάθεση και πάντα εξυπηρετική η Roberta και η Rachelle στην υποδοχή!! Congrats!!!

Πολύ καλή θέση, δυό βήματα από το κέντρο, το πολιτιστικό κέντρο, το πάρκο και τη λίμνη. Πολύ καλό πρωινό. Θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο όμορφος ο χώρος υποδοχής. Πολή καλή εξυπηρέτηση και η καθαριότητα.

Siamo stati davvero molto bene in questo hotel: tutto curato, pulito e accogliente, con un’ottima colazione a buffet ricca e varia. Vorrei però soffermarmi in particolare sul personale della reception. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Francesca e Lucia: sempre gentili, disponibili e con un sorriso che mette subito di buon umore. Qualcuno potrebbe dire che "è il loro lavoro", ma io credo che loro lo svolgano in maniera davvero impeccabile, con professionalità ed empatia. In particolare con i bambini hanno dimostrato una sensibilità e una cordialità che fanno davvero la differenza. Complimenti e grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole!

Trés bon hôtel à 1/4 d'heure de marche vieux Lugano, à deux pas du lac. Belles chambres spacieuses modernes et bien équipées, garage pratique. Un excellent petit déjeuner. Une trés vaste piscine en sous-sol avec une capacité en fauteuil réduite et une piscine en terrasse avec un bar.|Le staff est francophone et trés efficace. rapport qualité-prix très correct.

Very kind and helpful staff. Very clean property. The location is central and very convenient. We enjoyed the roof top sun beds as well as the very large indoor pool for swimming laps. Onsite parking is very convenient, and be sure to reserve in advance. Keep in mind the room size if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Amazing hotel. Staff were lovely and Roberta was fantastic. Both pools were brilliant and reception borrowed us towels each time. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. Highly recommend this hotel.
