Hôtel Diplomate

The hotel is perfect if you ignore the fact that the wifi doesn’t work in your room, the air conditioning doesn’t work, the shower holder doesn’t work, the hairdryer doesn’t work and the fridge doesn’t work either. If you also ignore the noise from the street (because there is no soundproofing in the room) and the fact that the breakfast is just some cakes bought at the supermarket, then it’s really nice. The only good thing about the hotel is the location, is not bad but you’ll probably find better options near to city center.

Estuve en este hotel recientemente y, lamentablemente, tuve una experiencia muy negativa. Durante mi estancia, fui víctima de un robo dentro de mi habitación, y lo peor es que los responsables parecían ser empleados del hotel. Al comunicarme con la gerencia, me informaron que no se iban a hacer responsables de lo sucedido, lo que considero completamente inaceptable. Además de la falta de seguridad y la actitud de indiferencia por parte del personal, me siento extremadamente decepcionado/a por la falta de acción y apoyo del hotel. Si bien la ubicación y las instalaciones pueden ser decentes, la seguridad y la atención al cliente son fundamentales, y este lugar falló gravemente en esos aspectos. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie que valore su seguridad y bienestar. En mi caso, se ha perdido la confianza en este establecimiento.

Hotel reservé à 7h du matin, devant annuler à 11h30 demande d'annulation sans frais, demande refusée "nous ne pouvons pas annuler". On fait mieux en service client quand on est conscient que ce genre de petit détail change tout. Exemple, même avec la moitié de la réservation payée, j'aurais mis 5 étoiles. là ça vaut même pas une.

Quite disappointing the time I checked in my room, not because of the tiny size of room but also short of necessities like kettle cups, let alone of the amenities. Need to go down to get hot water two to three times everyday. The breakfast is too stingy, very few choices with terrible coffee like mud water.. unlikely will revisit again.

Un hôtel qui ne vaut pas ses étoiles!!! heureusement que ce gentil réceptionniste mr fabrice a sauvé notre séjour avec sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme . Bravo à lui!

Wow! This hotel took me back to the 80s, reminding me of the times I went skiing with my parents. It’s an old-fashioned place, but it’s good enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service was decent, and while the breakfast was simple, it was okay.

I had a disappointing stay at Hotel Diplomate. The room was freezing cold with no heater, making it very uncomfortable, and the treatment I received as an Arab guest was unacceptable—the receptionist initially claimed there was a problem with the key and insisted on accompanying me to open the door, but the issue mysteriously disappeared when the shift changed. While the location is convenient and close to major attractions, I would not recommend this hotel, especially to Arab travelers.
