Hotel NH Bern The Bristol

Μου εκανε τρομερα θετικη εντυπωση το πολυ ευγενικο προσωπικο. Οι κυριες στην υποδοχη χαμογελαστες και προθυμες να εξυπηρετησουν. Το προγευμα εχει αρκετες και ικανοποιητικες επιλογες. Η τοποθεσια τελεια: 3 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σταθμο του τρενου και 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο την παλια πολη. Το δωματιο δεν ηταν αριστο, αλλα ηταν ικανοποιητικο και κυριως καθαρο, που για μενα αυτο εχει σημασια. Γενικα μια πολυ καλη επιλογη για διαμονη στη Βερνη. Θα το επελεγα ξανα χωρις δευτερη σκεψη.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare all’NH Bern The Bristol e non posso che descrivere l’esperienza come eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: l’hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, in pieno centro storico, quindi comodissimo sia per chi viaggia in treno che per chi desidera visitare a piedi le principali attrazioni di Berna, come la Zytglogge, il Palazzo Federale e la Cattedrale. La struttura è elegante e moderna, ma allo stesso tempo conserva un’atmosfera accogliente e calorosa. Gli interni richiamano uno stile britannico rivisitato in chiave contemporanea: dettagli curati, arredamenti raffinati e un tocco di originalità che rende l’ambiente molto piacevole. Le camere sono spaziose, silenziose e arredate con gusto; il letto è estremamente confortevole con biancheria di qualità, mentre il bagno è moderno, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Un plus non da poco è l’ottima insonorizzazione, che garantisce un riposo perfetto nonostante la posizione centrale. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: ricca, varia e di ottima qualità. Ho apprezzato molto la selezione di prodotti freschi, sia dolci che salati, e la possibilità di trovare opzioni salutari accanto a piatti più sostanziosi tipici della tradizione svizzera. Il tutto servito in una sala luminosa e ben organizzata, con personale attento e sorridente. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff: professionale, cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ogni richiesta è stata accolta con rapidità e gentilezza, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In conclusione, l’NH Bern The Bristol è un hotel che consiglio vivamente sia per viaggi di lavoro che per turismo. L’unione di posizione strategica, comfort elevato, ottima colazione e servizio impeccabile lo rendono, a mio avviso, una delle migliori scelte per chi desidera vivere Berna in totale comodità e relax.

It is hard to imagine how this hotel is deserving of a 4-star rating. While the location was great, lobby is cute, and staff were all very nice, our room felt like a college dormitory. The shower had mold, the refrigerator did not work, and the closet was broken, requiring us to add paper to the hinge so that it would not keep the closet light on all night. The beds were comfortable, but the room was otherwise very basic and not well maintained or cleaned. With renovations and deep cleaning, the hotel could be great but I would not stay again in these conditions.

I had an amazing experience at NH Bern Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their service truly made me feel at home. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. If you're visiting Bern, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Great spot. Very close to everything. Really great concept of hanging a notice in your door to decline all room servicing for the day and they leave you a free drink coupon! I ended up with 3 and sat in the lounge and enjoyed some free beers while checking my emails.

NH Bern The Bristol exceeded our expectations! The location was perfectly centralized and the hotel was spotless with comfortable rooms. A warm, welcoming staff went out of their way to make our stay special. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and delicious, with a nice variety to suit everyone. The combination of modern style, thoughtful touches, and genuine hospitality made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend!!!

I had a wonderful stay. This is my fourth time at an NH, and I think they have a very good atmosphere when welcoming you, and you can be very comfortable in the common areas. Rooms where clean, big and as i expect! Excellent service from Orlando at Reception, he showed me lot to do in the city,. amazing ideas! The draft beer at the bar is very delicious, thanks Ivana for the suggestions! I will definitely come back here if I have to stay in this beautiful city! ✨
