Πολυτελές, ακριβό και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Με θέα στη λίμνη της Γενεύης σχεδόν από όλα τα δωμάτια.

Overall, disappointing. The staff were all very friendly, but that’s where my complements end. As others have said, the hotel appears to be in need of a renovation, and my room seemed dated with multiple cosmetic issues. The Air Conditioning in my room barely kept it cool & the bathroom stayed extremely hot throughout my stay. The TV was extremely slow and frustrating to use. The pool was unfortunately overrun with children and was not a relaxing environment. The female servers at the pool seemed to be working hard, but they were overwhelmed and their male counterparts seemed not to be interested in helping. It took over 45 minutes to get a draft beer at my lounge chair. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection but was average in quality. The most disappointing aspect of the hotel was the gym, which is basically a random selection of equipment shoved in a closet. Other properties I’ve used in Geneva have full fitness facilities with sauna, but this hotel seems to lack any focus on fitness or relaxation. The hotel has a great location but with the poor amenities and outdated image, it’s not somewhere I’d wish to return.

This is where we stayed at here in Geneva. Staff were very helpful and polite. The partial lake view was to die for. Those 3 days here in Geneva were very delightful. Thank you so much to the entire staff for having us and for taking such great care of us throughout the stay. We can’t wait to come back again soon.

Très belle terrasse avec vue sur le lac pour un super brunch. La qualité des plats et la présentation était superbe. On a vraiment bien mangé, le service est soigné les serveurs sont attentif. Seul point négatif la limonade maison eau avec du citron à 19 frs le verre c'est du vol plus cher que le verre de vin !!

We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, courteous and professional. I asked for an ice pack for my knee and in a matter of minutes, someone was at my door with it. The room was comfortable. Everything was in working order. The pool was very pleasant. The only thing I didn't understand and didn't ask about was that many of the lounge chairs would have a notice on them that they were taken, but a lot more were taken than there were people at the pool. Not fair to the people at the pool that they can't have a lounge chair that's not being used. I still say our experience was excellent. We had a corner junior suite with a Lake view.
