​Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato eccezionale. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dal centro storico e dai migliori ristoranti della zona. È il punto di partenza perfetto per visitare Lugano senza bisogno di mezzi. Anche la pulizia delle camere è stata impeccabile. La stanza era spaziosa, luminosa e sempre perfettamente in ordine. Ho apprezzato molto l'attenzione ai dettagli dello staff che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante.

This is an outstanding luxury property with some of the most incredible views over Lake Lugano you'll find anywhere. The room was beautifully appointed with elegant furnishings and that bed was absolute perfection. The whole property has this timeless, sophisticated feel that manages to be luxurious without feeling pretentious. What really set this place apart was the staff, particularly our concierge who was always on point with recommendations and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even knew what we wanted. The breakfast was excellent with high-quality options and beautiful presentation. Every detail felt carefully considered, from the room amenities to the public spaces. The view from our room was breathtaking and made even simple moments like morning coffee feel special. This is how luxury hospitality should be done - attentive service, beautiful setting, and genuine comfort. Would give 6 stars if that was an option, and we'd definitely return.

Una giornata perfetta di puro relax! Ho trascorso una giornata meravigliosa nella spa di questo hotel e non potrei essere più soddisfatto! L’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, elegante e rilassante, ideale per staccare completamente dalla routine quotidiana. Il percorso benessere è completo e ben organizzato: sauna, bagno turco, idromassaggio e area relax con tisane e frutta fresca... tutto pensato per coccolare gli ospiti. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale, davvero impeccabile: estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre con il sorriso. Ti fanno sentire accolto e coccolato sin dal primo momento, senza mai essere invadenti. Consiglio vivamente questa spa a chiunque voglia regalarsi una giornata di vero benessere. Tornerò sicuramente!

La spa è un luogo magnifico e tranquillo, ideale per rigenerarsi e staccare dalla routine quotidiana. I massaggi sono stati eccellenti e svolti con grande professionalità: un vero tocco di relax. Un’esperienza che consiglio a chiunque cerchi comfort, benessere e ospitalità di alto livello.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and style of the property. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep, and we loved the modern amenities provided. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and we really appreciated the little touches that made our stay special. Especially thank you Miriam and Alfredo for assisting us.
