Idzumi Head Spa

This is the best gift a new mom could receive. I had a session with Elena, and she guided the ritual so gently and calmly — it was truly magical. Even though I’ve tried many things and types of massages before, I didn’t expect so much to be included. Almost the whole body was involved, not only head and neck and all the senses were engaged. It was a beautiful, unexpected experience. I will definitely be back — it’s the kind of happiness every woman should gift herself from time to time.

Es war mein erster Besuch bei Idzumi Hair Spa und ich war begeistert! Der Eingang ist gut beschriftet, die Atmosphäre empfand ich als schön beruhigend und der Service von Natalia K. war sehr zuvorkommend! Das Treatment (Fukai) an sich fand ich top, die Kopf und Teilkörpermassagen sehr entspannend, das Licht und die Musik fand ich passend aufeinander abgestimmt. Meine Haare fühlten sich nach dem Treatment super weich an. Ich habe vom Sommer-Angebot profitiert, preislich fand ich dieses Angebot stimmig. After spending two years searching for an authentic Japanese head spa experience, I was thrilled when my partner gifted me a session here for my birthday. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. From the start, communication was difficult as the therapist did not speak English or German, which made it hard to feel at ease or fully understand the treatment. The overall atmosphere of the spa was underwhelming — the air felt stuffy, the slippers provided were of noticeably poor quality, and the decor felt cheap and uninviting, far from the luxurious feel one would expect at this price point. The treatment bed was uncomfortable, and I was not informed in advance that my makeup would be removed — something I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time. Worse, the removal was done poorly, leaving me to walk around Zurich with smudged mascara on my face, which was embarrassing and disappointing, especially after such a costly service. While the actual head massage was decent, it certainly didn’t justify the high price. I was shocked to learn that drying my hair was not included, and I had to do it myself. For a premium-priced spa, these basic amenities — including a welcome drink or even a warm towel — were noticeably absent. All in all, the entire experience felt more like a poorly executed gimmick than a genuine luxury spa visit. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place, especially to those looking for a high-end or authentic Japanese head spa experience.

Wir haben die Paar-Behandlung wahrgenommen und wurden von Natalia und Elena sehr achtsam betreut. An manchen Stellen hätten wir uns jedoch kurze Hinweise gewünscht – besonders, da die Augen zeitweise verbunden waren und man nicht genau wusste, was gerade geschieht. Die Kopf- und Körpermassage war ausgesprochen wohltuend. Die Wasser-Therapie dagegen haben wir weniger angenehm empfunden, da das Wasser im Becken für uns sehr laut war – anders, als wir es von ähnlichen Anwendungen kennen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen und sofort zum Entspannen eingeladen. Auch die Musikauswahl war angenehm, und es wurde ausreichend Zeit für die Auswahl der Aromen gegeben. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsames Erlebnis – vielen Dank!

What a ripoff place! The space itself is nothing like the website. I feel completely misled. I spoke on the phone for ONE hour - selecting the treatment and was advised the couples treatment. Arrived - and it turns out to be two individual rooms - which I was NEVER informed about during the one hour phone call - AT ALL. The space itself is like a 3-star cheap spa place.. nothing Japanese about it. The picture frame in the changing room is even broken and chipped around the sides. The saving grace is the treatment itself - which was good. BUT not worth the money for the overall experience. I left a personal item and had to turn back later - the staff was very unhappy with me and said she has a client..and was showing me a sour face. This is nothing like the Japanese spa experience that I was expecting.

Die Therapeutin Natalia war freundlich, professionell und ihre Gesicht/Kopf/Nacken und Hände/Fuss Massage war toll. Ich habe mich während und nach der Massage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre im Raum war angenehm, sauber und entspannend – genau richtig, um abschalten zu können. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung, wenn auch etwas teuer. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Praxis definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Eine wunderschöne Auszeit aus dem Alltag. 90 Minuten pure Entspannung. Die Kombination Gesicht/Kopf/Nacken, Hände, Fuss Massage fand Ich wunderbar. Ich war in Idzumi mit meiner beste Kollegin und wir haben vor auf jeden Fall wieder zu gehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
