Hotel situato in zona molto tranquilla, con fermata del tram 100mt. In 20 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Dotato di tutti i comfort, tra cui una connessione a internet ottima e aria climatizzata. Pulizie su richiesta, per evitare sprechi. Colazione con diverse specialità dolci e salate. Offrono anche servizio navetta per l'aeroporto. Consigliato.

Como que estábamos de tour por Suiza queríamos hoteles que no estuvieran al centro, centro pero no muy lejos de él. Nos sorprendió en positivo.||Teníamos reservada una habitación familiar y nos dieron dos de interconectadas sin augmentar el precio, lo que encantó a los niños que tu|vieron su baño propio y camas confortables. Este detalle, lo agradecemos mucho. ||Pagamos parking, muy cómodo y compartido con otros edificios, pero de acceso directo. ||Habitaciones modernas y luminosas. El desayuno estaba bien, quizás de los más flojos del viaje, pero muy correcto para hacer noche. Hay un centro comercial cerca y transporte público.

Overall, a nice and convenient hotel. However, I must remove two stars for: LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING!!! Look, I applaud Swiss environmentalism, and on principle, I totally understand why this would be a thing. However, in practice, this is just madness. It was 90 F / 32.2 F in our room. It's not possible to get good rest in these conditions. Multiple hosts / receptionists said something to the effect of "the cool air of the lake is brought in, but it's not the same as having 15 C air conditioning) and...that is just insufficient. The very least they could do is add some standing fans into the room. Even at -3 C + fan speed 3 (both the lowest temp and the highest fan speed), the fan BARELY whispered. It was imperceptible. Jesus. +1 star each for: friendliness, nice and clean rooms, and location near train transit with free transit pass (as well as being right next to the airport). Just DON'T go here in the summer!

Overall, this hotel is very nice! The rooms had a very high quality feel and the staff was very nice. Having the complimentary local transport ticket during my stay was also excellent. Finally, a big thank you to the staff for helping us with dinner reservations on two nights. Abraham was absolutely wonderful at recommendations and scheduling reservations.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Intercity à Genève. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Nous sommes arriver plus tôt nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel le temps que notre chambre soit prête. La chambre était confortable et propre, et le petit déjeuner inclus était varié et de qualité. Un vrai plus : la navette gratuite depuis l’aéroport ainsi que les transports en commun offerts pendant tout le séjour, très pratique pour visiter la ville. Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à Genève. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Service de chambre nul... 4 jours de séjour et la Chambre n'a été visitée par aucun service de nettoyage ! Service au restaurant surtout au dîner, c'est la catastrophe ! Commande qui prend trop de temps, aucun égard envers les clients, des plaintes quasi récurrentes de la part des clients pendant mon séjour! Tu choisis un menu du jour? Behhh Monsieur, c'est épuisé ! Il est mieux de consommer Hors de l'hôtel !

Room was booked for one person, but upon arrival, I found that the couch had been made up as an additional bed. I had to request twice for the extra bed to be removed, which was inconvenient. The room itself had several maintenance issues: - The shower head was leaking. - The Duvet cover was ripped, which gave a poor impression of room upkeep. - The phone in the room was not working. - The toilet flush was faulty; after flushing, water continued to run and I had to press the button again to stop it. Cleanliness was also an issue. The floor had not been properly cleaned — there were sticky marks, what appeared to be tomato paste, and bread crumbs on the floor. Although I requested housekeeping to clean the room, the floor remained unclean even after their visit. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness.
