My experience at Jahan was amazing. Not only was I able to chat via whatsapp with the owner, M. Jahan himself during the whole process, but he was able to meet my budget with great suggestions. With his help, I was able to get the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. His availability, his friendliness and his expertise were of great value to me during this stressful moments to get the perfect ring. I also had to get the ring quickly in order to be able to propose on the date I wanted, so he arranged for free home delivery on time! Even a few months after the purchase, we were met again with a warm welcome, even before official opening time of the shop to acomodate us with a free size adjustment for a better fit. We are truly happy with the ring and I am so glad I chose Jahan for this moment in my life! Thanks Ali! All the best to you

Entering Jahan (not without intimidation at first) we were greeted with a warm welcome and a team we felt was actually listening to what we were looking for in an engagement ring, rather than limiting us to what is available for sale. "Everything is possible" we were told, and we were not dissatisfied. The whole team is charming and ready to advise, and I was quickly put in direct contact with Mr Ali Jahan himself. It was highly appreciated to get an actual advisor with Jahan’s team, rather than a simple selling team as we came across in other places. On top of that, I was so happily surprised to be able to converse via WhatsApp directly with Mr Jahan during the whole design process (huge advantage to progress despite Covid, but also to ask questions, share ideas, visualize the 3D renderings, and mostly keep my future fiancée out of the loop). I could only recommend Jahan, for listening to what one wishes, for the quality of their intricate craftsmanship, the astonishingly short turnaround in delivering the final product, and indisputable customer service. Thanks to Ali and the whole team.

Jahan Jewellery was the only Jeweler able to make my dream ring. Before knowing them, I did look at so many big names on Madison Avenue and 5th Avenue, none of them were able to understand what I really liked and wanted. In 20 minutes, Jahan understood what I trully liked. I really enjoyed the balance between the freedom of the customer and the gemologist advices given by Jahan.The whole creation process was so fun, they helped me design it with many 3D version, we could change the stone size and the way I liked it mounted. They have been so helpful and professional. With them everything is possible!

It can be intimidating walking into the jewellery houses of Rue du Rhône. But don’t be put off. Jahan provided an amazing and personalised service and a beautiful ring. Thank you Ali and staff - highly recommended
