Albergo di alto livello che offre un un buon numero di servizi in centro a Lugano. Le camere molto pulite e ordinate possiedono un sistema di climatizzazione autonomo. Parcheggio automatico riservato agli ospiti dell'albergo. Annesso all'albergo si trovato affianco alla reception un ottimo bistrot che offre una buona colazione continentale e piatti di alto livello, particolarmente consigliato il Risotto per i contrasti. Servizio super cordiali e disponibile. Vivamente consigliato!

The hotel is well located next to the funicular which is located at the station. It is 1.30 francs. Although found out on check out that if you have a Swiss passport, it’s free. The barriers only go up when the vehicle is moving. It is also a few minutes walk to the main square and then a few minutes more to the lakeside. The check in was very quick with very friendly welcoming staff. The room is very comfortable with everything you need. Lovely powerful shower and decent size towels. There is air conditioning in the room and a free mini bar which is restocked each day. Breakfast - there is a good variety of both hot and cold foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk team goes out of their way to help with directions, recommendations, The warmth and genuine hospitality we experienced here exceeded that of some five-star hotels we’ve stayed at before. Valentina at the front desk welcomed us with such kindness and was always ready with helpful tips and a bright smile.|Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and full of local flavor. We also had the pleasure of dining at Flamel, where every dish was creative, seasonal, and made with exceptional ingredients. Davide’s service there was just outstanding—professional yet warmly personal.|This is a rare place where comfort, service, food, and location all come together seamlessly. We felt truly cared for every step of the way. It just doesn't get any better! Hotel LuganoDante absolutely deserves five stars—and we can’t wait to return.

We had an exceptionally comfortable and beautifully modern equipped room. |The hotel location is right in the heart of the old city, in the pedestrian zone and a very short walk from the lake.|One of the features is the private parking directly at the hotel, a plus in a central area.|We enjoyed the delightful variety of both hot and cold dishes offered for breakfast. |The menu for lunch and dinner offering a well-curated selection to suit every taste.|It is pleasure to come back soon

A newly renovated and gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Just steps from the funicular, this hotel was perfect for our stay in Lugano and exploring the surrounding region. The included Ticino ticket is a nice bonus but the value is in the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and beds and the premier food and drinks. I slept so well, even with a bruised ribcage. The included breakfast is really delicious with everything one could need to fill up and start the day. The restaurant and bar, Flamel, is incredible. The house cocktails are a must try that will change your perception of what a cocktail should be. The dinner is first class and every dish is a work of art.|An extra special touch is the foosball table in the lobby near the bar so we could have drinks while the kids played. I can't wait to go back and stay at this hotel again!

Luganodante è un posto meraviglioso quanto Lugano! Albergo completissimo che meriterebbe le 5 stelle, pensano esclusivamente al cliente senza fargli mancare niente. Il frigo bar è gratuito per tutti i drink analcolici ed è tutto plastic free ❤️ Cristina e i suoi ragazzi favolosi oltre ogni limite. Lo chef e la sua crew superlativi! Se desiderate un posto in cui stare al centro di Lugano ed avere tutto non potete sbagliare! Grazie ❤️
