Luxtransfer - Premier transfer choice in Zurich

Shockingly poor experience- did not know a Swiss company could operate like this in fact. Booked a shuttle to Zurich airport through their website - they processed my credit card and took my fee for the ride. I never received any communication whatsoever to confirm the transaction and my ride. Called the company 2 business days later and a man answered the phone without identifying himself. His name shows up as Stephan Stoilov. At this point I was half certain that I had been scammed. He said he would get back in touch with me later same day but I never heard from him. I reached back out via phone and he did not answer. Instead he texted me to see if he could call me back. I replied to his text and requested the transaction be canceled and my funds returned. He replied that he would only return 50% and tried a lame excuse that I had not given him a correct email address and claimed to have texted me previously which is patently false. I have started the process of disputing the charge with my bank. Do yourself a favor and look for another shuttle service.

Wir hatten schon mehrmals bei Airport Transfers & Limousinen Service GmbH gebucht und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Immer pünktlich, nette hilfsbereite Fahrer und Topp-Fahrzeuge sind Kriterien die hier geboten werden. Gestern hatte ich bei der Buchung via Internet in London einen Fehler gemacht und den 26.05. anstelle des 18.05. eingegeben. In Zürich haben wir natürlich umsonst gewartet und ich habe dann angerufen um nachzufragen. Nach kurzer Überprüfung sagte man mir aber, dass ich auf den 26.05. gebucht hatte (stand auch in der Bestätigungsmail, die ich aber überlesen hatte) bot mir aber auf Anfrage an, uns trotzdem sofort abzuholen. Nach 15min. kam der Fahrer und brachte uns nach Hause. Vielen Dank nochmals! Wir werden auch zukünftig immer bei Airport Transfers & Limousinen Service GmbH buchen! Tolles Team!

Horrible experience!! Do not use this company!! I ordered a taxi for 4:15am to go to the airport. I received a call at 4am saying the taxi was outside my house. I told them I had ordered it for 4:15 therefore I would be ready soon. When stepping outside my house the taxi driver was furious saying that i was late and he left. Thankfully Uber exists and I could get a car to come pick me up for my early flight. I highly do not recommend booking with this company.
