Mona Montreux

Το δίκλινο ήταν μικρό, το μπάνιο ήταν μικρό, το σεσουάρ δεν λειτουργούσε μετά τη χρήση του για 2 λεπτά. Ενημέρωσα τη ρεσεψιόν για το σεσουάρ ότι ήθελε αλλαγη και δεν έκαναν τίποτα. Πολύ ωραία θέα.

Just amazing! Beautiful location, unpretentious and the most amazing service. I dropped salad on my trouser. Cesar at reception offered me his private fat remover from his backpack. Thank you, Cesar. You took service to the next level. I rarely experienced this in a hotel these days.

We had a really lovely lunch here and enjoyed excellent Moules Frites. The whole staff was very attentive and welcoming throughout. Hanane and Patrick were especially friendly, made us laugh, and provided outstanding service. When the sun came out, they immediately made sure we were comfortable. The dessert was delicious, though the fries could have been crispier. Overall, a great experience. Best regards, Philipp and Fabian

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, but the hotel itself feels quite old. The AC wasn’t working properly, and despite calling reception twice, no one came to fix it. Breakfast was great, and having free snacks and coffee throughout the day was a lovely touch. The room was clean, but the toilet was very tight, and overall, the room feels outdated compared to the price we paid per night.

Excellent service. Arrived late at night was greeted by my name as I walked through the door. Felt instantly at home. Lovely touches in the room, complimentary mini bar and in reception. Fabulous terrace over the lake. 5minute walk from the station. Staff really helpful and friendly. Will absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mona Hotel — the location is excellent, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the atmosphere is both stylish and welcoming. Most of the staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay, which made our experience very enjoyable. However, we did have one issue where housekeeping staff entered the room without knocking on two separate occasions. While we understand it may have been unintentional, it did catch us off guard. We hope the hotel can improve communication and ensure guest privacy in the future. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would still recommend Mona Hotel to other travelers looking for a modern and comfortable place to stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Any issues were promptly and efficiently dealt with. The view was lovely to wake up to each morning and the happy vibes of the festival were what I drifted into sleep with. The hotel was generous with complimentary coffee, beer, juice and water.
